彩色瀝青技術(shù)指標(biāo)及其耐久性能研究

【摘要】:給出彩色瀝青制備參數(shù),自行制備了紅色、黃色、綠色、藍(lán)色4種彩色瀝青。對4種瀝青的針入度、軟化點進(jìn)行檢測,并計算了T1.2和T800,以評定彩色瀝青膠結(jié)料的高、低溫性能。采用RTFOT和PAV試驗?zāi)M瀝青的短期和長期老化,檢測試樣老化前后的三原色模式(RGB),定義了色彩鮮艷度指數(shù)評定彩色瀝青的色澤耐久性。結(jié)果表明:染料的摻入使得無色瀝青的高溫性能得到提高,藍(lán)色瀝青增加幅度最大,紅色最小;低溫抗裂性能變化趨勢正好相反;經(jīng)RTFOT老化和PAV老化后,4種彩色瀝青色彩鮮艷度削弱幅度由大到小依次為:藍(lán)色黃色紅色綠色。藍(lán)色瀝青色澤耐久性最差,綠色瀝青色澤耐久性最好;藍(lán)色瀝青的色澤老化主要集中短期老化階段,即混合料生產(chǎn)拌和階段;綠色瀝青老化過程主要集中于長期老化階段。
[Abstract]:The preparation parameters of colored bitumen were given, and four kinds of colored bitumen, red, yellow, green and blue, were prepared by ourselves. The penetration and softening point of four kinds of bitumen were tested, and T1.2 and T800 were calculated to evaluate the high and low temperature properties of colored bitumen binders. The short and long term aging of asphalt was simulated by RTFOT and PAV tests. The color freshness index was defined by trichromatic mode (RGB), before and after the sample aging to evaluate the color durability of colored asphalt. The results showed that the high temperature performance of colorless asphalt was improved with the addition of dye, the increase of blue asphalt was the biggest, the red was the least, and the change trend of low temperature crack resistance was opposite. After RTFOT aging and PAV aging, the color brightness of four kinds of colored bitumen decreased from big to small as follows: blue, yellow, red and green. The color durability of blue asphalt is the worst, and that of green asphalt is the best; the color aging of blue asphalt is mainly concentrated in the short-term aging stage, that is, the mixing stage of mixture production; the aging process of green asphalt is mainly concentrated in the long-term aging stage.
