智能型融雪劑乳液灑布車控制系統(tǒng)設計

【摘要】:融雪劑乳液灑布車是一種新型的融雪化冰設備,但要實現快速、高效及環(huán)保的融雪除冰,控制系統(tǒng)將起著決定性作用,,實現其智能化控制是一個重要目標。 論文介紹了智能型融雪劑灑布車的發(fā)展和技術現狀,查閱參考國內外智能型融雪劑灑布車相關資料及相關文章,提出了智能型融雪劑灑布車系統(tǒng)方案,對于控制系統(tǒng)原理進行了理論研究,確立控制系統(tǒng)的特點。 結合實際工作狀況,對智能型融雪劑灑布車的灑布量控制算法進行了理論分析,得出了灑布車推薦速度與灑布量的合理匹配算法。但與實際施工中存在一定的偏差,為了減小這種偏差,提高灑布車灑布精度,在算法中引入了速度修正系數kv,經過實際驗證表明:引入修正系數在一定程度上可以減小由于車速檢測等不準確帶來的灑布偏差。 論文分析了PLC控制的特點,PLC可以實現無需復雜的接口電路而對速度脈沖信號直接采樣,而且輸出信號可以直接驅動電磁閥,這些都有利于其在灑布車控制系統(tǒng)中的應用。最終完成了PLC控制系統(tǒng)的選型以及灑布車部分電氣原理圖的設計,給出了主要控制模塊的軟件流程圖和控制策略。 論文以智能化控制為目標,設計方便操作的人機界面系統(tǒng),為施工操作及監(jiān)控提供方便。在控制系統(tǒng)中加入了出錯報警和出錯系統(tǒng),為有效保護設備和施工質量提供保證。
[Abstract]:The snowmelt emulsion sprinkler is a new type of snowmelt and ice melting equipment, but the control system will play a decisive role in the realization of fast, efficient and environmentally friendly snow melting and deicing, and the realization of intelligent control is an important goal. This paper introduces the development and technology status of the intelligent snowmelt sprinkler, referring to the related information and related articles of the intelligent snowmelt sprinkler at home and abroad, and puts forward the system scheme of the intelligent snowmelt sprinkler. The theory of control system is studied, and the characteristics of control system are established. Combined with the actual working conditions, the paper theoretically analyzes the control algorithm of the sprinkler quantity of the intelligent snowmelt sprinkler, and obtains a reasonable matching algorithm between the recommended speed and the sprinkler quantity of the sprinkler. However, there is a certain deviation from the actual construction. In order to reduce the deviation and improve the sprinkler precision, The speed correction coefficient (kv,) is introduced into the algorithm. The results show that the introduction of the modified coefficient can reduce the sprinkler deviation caused by the inaccuracy of speed detection and so on. This paper analyzes the characteristics of PLC control, which can directly sample the velocity pulse signal without complicated interface circuit, and the output signal can drive the solenoid valve directly, which is beneficial to its application in the sprinkler vehicle control system. Finally, the selection of PLC control system and the design of electrical schematic diagram of sprinkler vehicle are completed, and the software flow chart and control strategy of the main control module are given. This paper aims at intelligent control and designs a convenient man-machine interface system, which provides convenience for construction operation and monitoring. The error alarm and error system are added to the control system to ensure the effective protection of equipment and construction quality.
