瀝青攪拌設(shè)備風(fēng)壓系統(tǒng)節(jié)能研究

【摘要】:風(fēng)壓系統(tǒng)作為瀝青攪拌設(shè)備骨料烘干加熱系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵組成,其除塵引風(fēng)機(jī)的電能消耗是瀝青攪拌設(shè)備運(yùn)行中主要的能量消耗,除塵引風(fēng)機(jī)的工作性能直接影響骨料的烘干效果與電能消耗,因此風(fēng)壓系統(tǒng)的研究對于減少能量消耗提高骨料烘干性能具有很重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以某2000型瀝青攪拌設(shè)備為例,概述了骨料烘干加熱的過程和除塵引風(fēng)機(jī)的作用,通過風(fēng)壓系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)量與風(fēng)壓的計算,為除塵引風(fēng)機(jī)的選型與調(diào)節(jié)提供了理論依據(jù),對選擇的風(fēng)機(jī)與電機(jī)進(jìn)行了分析,表明大氣壓力對風(fēng)機(jī)的全壓和軸功率有較大影響;分析了拖動電動機(jī)與風(fēng)機(jī)的工作特性,確定風(fēng)機(jī)系統(tǒng)能夠穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行條件,保證了拖動系統(tǒng)的高效率運(yùn)行;其次確定引風(fēng)機(jī)的工況,對比了風(fēng)量的風(fēng)門調(diào)節(jié)和變速調(diào)節(jié)兩種方式,表明了變速調(diào)節(jié)的節(jié)能優(yōu)勢,得出風(fēng)門開度在80%以下時風(fēng)機(jī)的變頻調(diào)速具有節(jié)能效益,,并且分析了骨料含水率和排煙溫度對引風(fēng)機(jī)功率的影響,其中骨料含水率對風(fēng)機(jī)功率消耗影響較大;研究了風(fēng)機(jī)的變頻調(diào)速控制方式,確定了風(fēng)機(jī)拖動系統(tǒng)采用變頻調(diào)速后的穩(wěn)定性,提出了基于模糊自適應(yīng)PID控制的風(fēng)壓系統(tǒng)的自動化控制,提高了風(fēng)壓系統(tǒng)的控制響應(yīng)精度。
[Abstract]:The wind pressure system is the key component of the asphalt mixing equipment aggregate drying heating system, and the energy consumption of the dust collector is the main energy consumption in the operation of the asphalt mixing equipment. The working performance of dust extraction fan directly affects the drying effect and electric energy consumption of aggregate, so the study of wind pressure system is of great practical significance to reduce energy consumption and improve the drying performance of aggregate. Taking a certain type 2000 asphalt mixing equipment as an example, the paper summarizes the process of drying and heating of aggregate and the function of dust collecting fan. Through the calculation of air volume and pressure of air pressure system, it provides a theoretical basis for the selection and regulation of dust collecting fan. The analysis of the selected fan and motor shows that the atmospheric pressure has a great influence on the full pressure and shaft power of the fan, the working characteristics of the drive motor and fan are analyzed, and the stable operating conditions of the fan system are determined. The high efficiency operation of the drive system is ensured. Secondly, the working condition of the induced fan is determined, and the air valve regulation and the variable speed regulation of the air volume are compared, which indicates the energy-saving advantages of the variable speed regulation. It is concluded that the variable frequency speed regulation of the fan when the opening of the wind valve is below 80% has the benefit of energy saving, and the influence of aggregate moisture content and smoke exhaust temperature on the power of induced fan is analyzed, among which aggregate moisture content has a great effect on fan power consumption. This paper studies the frequency conversion speed control mode of fan, determines the stability of fan drive system after adopting frequency conversion speed regulation, and puts forward the automatic control of wind pressure system based on fuzzy adaptive PID control, which improves the control response precision of wind pressure system.
