瀝青路面施工質(zhì)量監(jiān)控與促進(jìn)技術(shù)的研究

【摘要】:隨著我國高速公路的蓬勃發(fā)展,針對(duì)瀝青路面施工質(zhì)量的常見問題,瀝青路面施工質(zhì)量的監(jiān)控已充分得到業(yè)主的認(rèn)同,在不少地區(qū)的也顯著提升了瀝青路面的質(zhì)量。但總體來說,我國瀝青路面施工質(zhì)量控制在各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中的影響因素很多,,在施工過程中,如何采取有限的關(guān)鍵因素和與之相適應(yīng)的簡(jiǎn)單、精確、經(jīng)濟(jì)的檢測(cè)方法去實(shí)施瀝青混凝土路面的監(jiān)控,以保證瀝青混凝土路面的施工質(zhì)量,有待于進(jìn)行深入的研究。 論文從瀝青混合料的目標(biāo)配合比設(shè)計(jì)、拌合樓篩孔的選擇、生產(chǎn)配合比設(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)配合比的調(diào)整全過程出發(fā),結(jié)合新疆烏賽高速公路的工程實(shí)例,基于CARD/1軟件平臺(tái),結(jié)合EXCEL的相關(guān)功能,通過C++程序語言進(jìn)行編程,研究開發(fā)出瀝青混合料一體化自動(dòng)系統(tǒng)。 瀝青混合料一體化自動(dòng)系統(tǒng)主要包括目標(biāo)配合比自動(dòng)合成模塊、拌合樓篩孔的自動(dòng)選擇模塊、生產(chǎn)配合比的自動(dòng)合成模塊和生產(chǎn)配合比的快速調(diào)整模塊。通過相關(guān)模塊的應(yīng)用可以快捷、準(zhǔn)確的獲得目標(biāo)配合比的設(shè)計(jì)、拌合樓篩孔的設(shè)置、生產(chǎn)配合比的設(shè)計(jì)及生產(chǎn)過程中生產(chǎn)穩(wěn)定性的快速判斷和調(diào)整。 工程應(yīng)用表明,瀝青混合料一體化自動(dòng)系統(tǒng)使施工單位在整個(gè)瀝青混合料生產(chǎn)、施工過程中能夠快速、高效、優(yōu)質(zhì)的完成質(zhì)量控制,提高了企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,同時(shí)獲得了良好的瀝青路面的施工質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of highway in our country, the quality of asphalt pavement construction has been fully recognized by the owners, and the quality of asphalt pavement has been significantly improved in many areas in view of the common problems in the construction quality of asphalt pavement. But generally speaking, there are many factors that affect the quality control of asphalt pavement construction in our country. In the construction process, how to adopt the limited key factors and adapt to it is simple and accurate. In order to ensure the construction quality of asphalt concrete pavement, the economical detection method needs to be studied deeply. Based on the design of asphalt mixture, the selection of sieve hole in mixing building, the design of production mix ratio and the whole process of adjusting the proportion of production, combined with the engineering example of Xinjiang Wusai Expressway, the paper based on CARD/1 software platform. Combined with the related functions of EXCEL, the automatic system of asphalt mixture integration is developed by programming with C program language. The integrated automatic system of asphalt mixture mainly includes the automatic synthesis module of the target mix ratio, the automatic selection module of the sieve hole in the mixing building, the automatic synthesis module of the production mix ratio and the fast adjusting module of the production mix ratio. Through the application of related modules, we can quickly and accurately obtain the design of the target mix ratio, the setting of the sieve hole in the mixing building, the design of the production mix ratio and the quick judgment and adjustment of the production stability in the production process. The engineering application shows that the automatic system of asphalt mixture integration makes the construction unit in the whole asphalt mixture production, the construction process can quickly, efficiently, high-quality control, improve the production efficiency and economic benefits of the enterprise. At the same time, good construction quality of asphalt pavement is obtained.
