瀝青路面溫拌再生技術(shù)及工程應(yīng)用

【摘要】:在低碳環(huán)保、節(jié)能減排的時(shí)代背景下,廠拌熱再生技術(shù)和瀝青混合料溫拌技術(shù)得到了廣泛的推廣應(yīng)用,隨著兩種技術(shù)的發(fā)展已日趨成熟,將兩種技術(shù)進(jìn)行結(jié)合,既實(shí)現(xiàn)提高舊料回收利用率,又能夠降低瀝青混合料的拌和及施工溫度的技術(shù)是一種的新的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。溫拌再生技術(shù)就是將溫拌技術(shù)與廠拌熱再生技術(shù)結(jié)合起來(lái),通過(guò)將降粘減阻劑、新礦料、新瀝青與回收路面材料(RAP)在低于熱再生20-30℃左右的溫度下進(jìn)行拌和再生,在不犧牲路面質(zhì)量的前提下,既提高再生舊料的利用比率,又降低生產(chǎn)施工溫度,回收材料再生摻加比例可提高至45%-50%,并且明顯降低舊料加熱溫度和混合料生產(chǎn)及施工溫度,且保證了再生瀝青混合料的良好性能。此項(xiàng)技術(shù)將溫拌技術(shù)和熱再生技術(shù)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行整合,突破了廠拌熱再生技術(shù)舊料利用率低的瓶頸,同時(shí)在溫拌技術(shù)的各種優(yōu)良技術(shù)支持下融合了瀝青舊料再生技術(shù)。為了貫徹落實(shí)“人文交通,科技交通、綠色交通”理念,北京市交通委員會(huì)路政局密云公路分局在韓西路大修工程中,推行使用溫拌再生技術(shù),本文通過(guò)對(duì)比研究的方法,對(duì)瀝青混凝土的配比設(shè)計(jì)、材料性能、施工工藝,以及竣工后的路用指標(biāo)進(jìn)行研究,總結(jié)出溫拌再生與熱拌再生瀝青混凝土的技術(shù)性能、施工工藝以及質(zhì)量控制方法的差異性,分析溫拌再生瀝青混凝土的特性,為以后在公路建設(shè)中推廣該技術(shù)提供參考。
