級(jí)配碎石基層瀝青路面FWD反算模量換算系數(shù)

【摘要】:為了獲取真實(shí)反映瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)特性和材料性狀的結(jié)構(gòu)模量參數(shù),鋪筑了4種結(jié)構(gòu)級(jí)配碎石基層瀝青路面足尺試驗(yàn)路,對(duì)其進(jìn)行加速加載疲勞破壞試驗(yàn)和路面彎沉檢測(cè);贔WD彎沉測(cè)試方案,應(yīng)用分層檢測(cè)分析方法逐層檢測(cè)了路面結(jié)構(gòu)層的彎沉,并根據(jù)足尺路面加載破壞的損壞程度,進(jìn)行了路表FWD彎沉測(cè)試和彎沉迭代反演,分析了FWD反算模量受荷載水平、位置和路面溫度的影響規(guī)律,建立了FWD反算模量與實(shí)驗(yàn)室動(dòng)態(tài)模量的關(guān)系,提出了瀝青混凝土、級(jí)配碎石和路基土實(shí)驗(yàn)室動(dòng)態(tài)模量與FWD反算模量的換算系數(shù)K。研究結(jié)果表明:瀝青混凝土模量受溫度和輪載作用的影響最大,路面結(jié)構(gòu)完好的瀝青層反算模量換算系數(shù)K=0.7~1.0;路面出現(xiàn)Top-down開(kāi)裂后,K=1.3~1.5;瀝青層層底出現(xiàn)疲勞破壞時(shí),K1.5;級(jí)配碎石層反算模量換算系數(shù)為1.32~1.49;土基反算模量換算系數(shù)與其所受的應(yīng)力水平及土質(zhì)類型相關(guān),隨應(yīng)力水平的降低,土基反算模量換算系數(shù)減小。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the structural modulus parameters which truly reflect the structural mechanical properties and material properties of asphalt pavement, four kinds of full-scale test roads of asphalt pavement with graded macadam base were constructed, and the accelerated loading fatigue failure test and pavement deflection test were carried out. Based on the FWD deflection test scheme, the pavement structural layer deflection is detected layer by using the method of stratified detection and analysis. According to the damage degree of full-scale pavement loading damage, the FWD deflection test and iterative deflection inversion are carried out on the pavement surface. The influence of load level, location and pavement temperature on FWD's backcalculation modulus is analyzed. The relationship between FWD's backcalculation modulus and laboratory dynamic modulus is established, and the asphalt concrete is put forward. The conversion coefficient between laboratory dynamic modulus of graded crushed stone and subgrade soil and FWD inverse modulus. The results show that the modulus of asphalt concrete is most affected by temperature and wheel load.
