70#瀝青在季凍地區(qū)公路工程中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:我國季凍地區(qū)公路瀝青路面普遍使用90#重交通瀝青,然而部分路段嚴重的車轍早期病害表明,在交通量較大的條件,使用90#瀝青混合料難以滿足公路高溫性能要求,對車轍病害嚴重路段的調(diào)查及現(xiàn)場取芯試驗顯示,高速公路車轍病害多產(chǎn)生于路面中、下面層,對此進行的相關(guān)分析表明,在車輛重載作用下,瀝青混凝土路面剪應(yīng)力最大區(qū)域通常位于路表面以下4~9cm處,即路面的中、下面層。對于交通量較大的公路而言,由于采用的90#瀝青高溫抗變形能力不足,在較高的溫度及剪應(yīng)力作用下,路面中、下面層產(chǎn)生較大的形變,致使路面產(chǎn)生嚴重的車轍病害。為此,本研究將70#瀝青應(yīng)用于季凍地區(qū)公路瀝青路面的中、下面層,以提高路面的高溫抗車轍性能。通過對吉林省已采用70#瀝青的高速公路路況進行調(diào)查及70#瀝青路面病害形式和病害成因的分析,初步掌握了70#瀝青應(yīng)用于季凍地區(qū)中、下面層的適用性及適用條件。通過室內(nèi)試驗對70#瀝青、70#瀝青膠漿及70#瀝青混合料路用性能進行了對比試驗研究,提出了70#瀝青高低溫性能等級,并在調(diào)查和室內(nèi)試驗的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合季凍地區(qū)的氣候特點及交通組成情況提出了70#瀝青在不同凍區(qū)的適用層位及路面結(jié)構(gòu)形式。采用殼牌路面計算程序?qū)μ岢龅穆访娼Y(jié)構(gòu)形式進行了力學分析,并通過鋪筑試驗路驗證了提出的結(jié)構(gòu)形式的合理性,同時總結(jié)了70#瀝青路面的施工工藝及施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù),以指導70#瀝青在季凍地區(qū)公路工程中的應(yīng)用。研究表明,在季凍地區(qū)公路瀝青路面的中、下面層采用70#瀝青可在不增加工程造價的基礎(chǔ)上,改善路面的高溫抗車轍性能,提高公路的運營質(zhì)量及使用壽命,具有一定推廣應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:90# heavy traffic asphalt is widely used on highway asphalt pavement in China's seasonal frozen area. However, the serious rutting early disease in some sections of road shows that the use of 90# asphalt mixture is difficult to meet the requirements of highway high temperature performance under the condition of large traffic volume. The investigation and core-taking test on the serious section of rutting disease show that the rutting disease of expressway mostly occurs in the road surface and the bottom layer. The correlation analysis shows that under the action of heavy load, The maximum shear stress of asphalt concrete pavement is usually located at the 4~9cm below the road surface, that is, the middle and lower layer of the pavement. For the highway with large volume of traffic, due to the lack of high temperature and deformation resistance of 90# asphalt, under the action of higher temperature and shear stress, the lower layer of pavement has a large deformation, resulting in serious rutting disease. Therefore, 70# asphalt is applied to the middle and lower layers of highway asphalt pavement in the area of seasonal freezing in order to improve the rutting resistance of pavement at high temperature. Through investigating the highway condition of 70# asphalt in Jilin province and analyzing the form and cause of disease of 70# asphalt pavement, this paper preliminarily grasps the applicability and applicable conditions of 70# asphalt applied in the seasonal frozen area. Through laboratory test, the performance of 70# asphalt paste and 70# asphalt mixture is studied, and the high and low temperature performance grade of 70# asphalt is put forward. On the basis of investigation and laboratory tests, the suitable layers and pavement structure of 70# asphalt in different frozen areas are put forward in combination with the climatic characteristics and traffic composition of seasonal freezing areas. In this paper, the structure of the pavement was analyzed by Shell pavement calculation program, and the rationality of the structure was verified by paving test road. The construction technology and key technology of 70# asphalt pavement were summarized. In order to guide the application of 70# asphalt in highway engineering in seasonal freezing area. The research shows that the 70# asphalt can improve the high temperature rutting resistance of the road surface and improve the operation quality and service life of the road without increasing the project cost in the middle of the highway asphalt pavement in the seasonal frozen area. It has certain popularization and application value.
