全斷面巖石隧道掘進(jìn)機(jī)滾刀磨損影響因素分析

【摘要】:為了有效控制和降低全斷面巖石隧道掘進(jìn)機(jī)施工時(shí)滾刀的磨損,較準(zhǔn)確地預(yù)測滾刀的磨損量,通過室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)場實(shí)驗(yàn)從地質(zhì)影響因素和機(jī)械影響因素2個(gè)方面對滾刀磨損問題進(jìn)行了分析。通過水泥試樣實(shí)驗(yàn),得出等效石英含量EQC和單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度UCS單獨(dú)對巖石磨蝕性的影響規(guī)律;通過現(xiàn)場巖樣實(shí)驗(yàn),得出兩者共同對巖石磨蝕性的影響規(guī)律。通過對比進(jìn)口與國產(chǎn)TBM的刀盤刀具布置,得出滾刀破巖面積對磨損速率的影響規(guī)律;通過統(tǒng)計(jì)現(xiàn)場掘進(jìn)參數(shù)與刀具磨損數(shù)據(jù),得出場切深指數(shù)FPI對滾刀平均磨損速率的影響規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:巖石對滾刀磨損的地質(zhì)影響是巖石等效石英含量和單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度共同作用的結(jié)果;破巖面積是刀盤刀具設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)對滾刀磨損的敏感指標(biāo);場切深指數(shù)是設(shè)備掘進(jìn)參數(shù)對滾刀磨損的敏感指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively control and reduce the wear of hob during the construction of full-face rock tunnel boring machine and accurately predict the wear of hob, the wear of hob is analyzed from two aspects of geological and mechanical factors through laboratory and field experiments. The equivalent quartz content EQC and single quartz are obtained through cement sample test. The influence law of axial compressive strength UCS on rock abrasiveness is obtained by field rock sample test, and the influence law of both on rock abrasiveness is obtained by comparing the cutter layout of imported and domestic TBM cutters. The results show that the geological effect of rock on hob wear is the result of rock equivalent quartz content and uniaxial compressive strength; the rock breaking area is the sensitive index of cutter design parameters to hob wear; and the field cutting depth index is the parameter to hob wear.
