基于行駛記錄分析的疲勞駕駛?cè)∽C標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究

【摘要】:行駛記錄儀等車載終端已在我國道路運(yùn)輸車輛上廣泛應(yīng)用,隨著疲勞駕駛?cè)∽C相關(guān)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)頒布實(shí)施,初步具備了基于分析行駛記錄數(shù)據(jù)開展駕駛?cè)似隈{駛交通違法行為的現(xiàn)場取證的條件。本文從疲勞駕駛?cè)∽C技術(shù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究入手,結(jié)合疲勞駕駛現(xiàn)場取證的業(yè)務(wù)需求,提出取證用技術(shù)設(shè)備的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案,為疲勞駕駛現(xiàn)場取證提供技術(shù)保障。
[Abstract]:Vehicle terminals such as driving recorders have been widely used in road transport vehicles in China. With the promulgation and implementation of the relevant technical standards for obtaining evidence from fatigue driving, It has the condition of collecting evidence on the spot based on analyzing the data of driving record to carry out the traffic illegal behavior of the driver fatigue driving. This paper starts with the research on the standardization of fatigue driving forensics technology, combining with the business demand of fatigue driving field forensics, puts forward the system design scheme of evidence gathering technology equipment, which provides technical guarantee for fatigue driving field forensics.
