【摘要】：以大口徑管道為研究對象,利用非線性動力分析有限元程序ANSYS/LS-DYNA,適當選取材料的本構關系,很好地模擬了管道在爆炸荷載作用下管道的破壞變形情況,分析了炸藥藥量、爆心距、管道壁厚等因素對管道破壞作用的影響。結果表明,采用數值模擬方法對研究爆炸荷載下管道破壞作用的影響因素是可行的,其模擬結果對管道防護具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Taking the large-diameter pipeline as the research object, the constitutive relation of the material is properly selected by using the finite element program ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and the failure and deformation of the pipeline under the explosion load are well simulated, and the explosive charge and the distance between the detonation center are analyzed. The influence of pipe wall thickness and other factors on pipeline failure. The results show that it is feasible to use numerical simulation method to study the influence factors of pipeline failure under explosion load, and its simulation results have certain reference value for pipeline protection.
