砂卵石地層泥水盾構(gòu)泥漿材料選擇及配比優(yōu)化分析
[Abstract]:Excavating surface instability is one of the main disasters in mud shield construction. Due to the large permeability coefficient and poor self-stability ability of mud-water shield tunneling in sand and pebble strata the probability of instability and failure of excavating surface will be greatly increased. To ensure the stability of dredging surface is one of the two main functions of mud in mud shield machine. The realization of this function depends on the type, characteristics and composition of the mud. Therefore, by means of theoretical analysis and laboratory test, this paper optimizes the stability mechanism, mud type, slurry material characteristics and mud mixture ratio of mud water shield tunneling in sand pebble formation. The adaptability of mud and formation and the influence of mud characteristics on the stability of excavating surface are systematically studied, and the following research results are obtained: (1) combining theoretical analysis with laboratory test, The mud types of mud water shield machine in sandy pebble formation are preliminarily divided. The suspension ability of clay polymer mud, bentonite polymer mud and mixed solid polymer mud were tested, and the engineering characteristics of sand pebble formation were analyzed according to the test results. The slurry type of mud water shield machine suitable for sand pebble formation is determined to be mixed solid phase polymer mud. (2) based on the characteristic test of mud material, The basic ratio interval of solid particle material (clay and bentonite) of mud water shield machine slurry in sand pebble formation is determined to be 4: 5-3: 2. (3) the influence of slurry additive on slurry properties is analyzed by means of test method. The influence ability of six kinds of commonly used additives on the main characteristics of slurry under different conditions was obtained, and the optimization and transformation of common commercial additives were carried out, and 8 kinds of improved pulping agents with good pulping characteristics were summarized and put forward. Combining theoretical analysis with engineering example, the reference value of mud characteristic index suitable for sand pebble formation is preliminarily determined, and based on the reference value of mud property index in sand pebble formation, according to the test conclusion of mud material characteristic, Twelve groups of mud water shield mud ratios suitable for sand pebble formation were selected. (4) the permeability tests of mud with different characteristics were carried out, and the three main characteristics of mud (mud viscosity, mud viscosity) were studied. The influence of mud specific gravity and mud filtration on its permeability. (5) combined with engineering practice, the adaptability evaluation index of mud and formation is analyzed and put forward. This paper compares and analyzes the formation adaptability of mud water shield machine site designated mud and test selected mud in Beijing sand pebble formation, and analyzes the economic benefit of different mud. Six groups of mud water shield drilling mud with good adaptability and economic and practical requirements were obtained. (6) based on the results of optimized analysis of mud ratio in sand pebble formation, The suggested value of mud slurry characteristic index of sand pebble formation mud shield machine is put forward.
