基于交通可達(dá)性的交通生成率研究

【摘要】:城市交通系統(tǒng)與土地利用的整合規(guī)劃是實(shí)現(xiàn)城市可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的必然要求。城市交通與土地利用的相關(guān)研究逐漸成為相關(guān)部門的研究重點(diǎn),,人們嘗試著從兩者之間的互動(dòng)關(guān)系著眼,尋求可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路。 交通生成預(yù)測(cè)是聯(lián)系土地利用和城市交通的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),然而,國(guó)內(nèi)開展相關(guān)研究的時(shí)間較短。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于交通生成規(guī)律的研究和應(yīng)用主要是利用交通生成率法,傳統(tǒng)交通生成率法只能反映單一因素與交通出行量的關(guān)系,對(duì)交通生成率造成影響的因素考慮不足。鑒于此,本文在傳統(tǒng)生成率法的基礎(chǔ)上加入交通可達(dá)性這一影響因子,試圖更加準(zhǔn)確的反應(yīng)交通和土地利用的關(guān)系。 本論文在分析交通生成率的過程中引入交通可達(dá)性的概念。交通可達(dá)性是一個(gè)將土地使用及交通系統(tǒng)緊密聯(lián)系起來的概念,論文總結(jié)了交通可達(dá)性在交通系統(tǒng)和土地利用相互關(guān)系中的反饋?zhàn)饔茫仡櫫藝?guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),分析可達(dá)性影響因素。建立天津市小汽車出行可達(dá)性和公共交通出行可達(dá)性的量化方法,在TransCAD平臺(tái)上計(jì)算得到可達(dá)性的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化值。 論文選用天津市三種主要的建筑類型(居住小區(qū)、綜合商業(yè)、辦公建筑)作為研究對(duì)象,選取35個(gè)吸引點(diǎn)對(duì)基本信息、居民出行等信息進(jìn)行調(diào)查,統(tǒng)計(jì)基于家的工作,基于家的上學(xué)(辦公和商業(yè)無此目的出行),基于家的其他和非基于家共四類不同出行目的的生成率(包括人流和車流),分別分析其與小汽車出行可達(dá)性和公交出行可達(dá)性的相關(guān)關(guān)系,并從理論上進(jìn)行分析解釋。最后,建立考慮交通可達(dá)性影響的交通生成率的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并利用該類模型對(duì)天津市中心城區(qū)各交通小區(qū)包括居住小區(qū)、綜合商業(yè)和辦公建筑的人流生成率和車流率預(yù)測(cè)。該研究結(jié)果一方面提高了交通生成預(yù)測(cè)的精度,另外可以為城市交通和土地規(guī)劃提供參考。
[Abstract]:The integrated planning of urban transportation system and land use is an inevitable requirement to realize the sustainable and healthy development of the city. The research on urban traffic and land use has gradually become the focus of relevant departments. People try to seek the road of sustainable development from the perspective of the interaction between the two. Traffic generation prediction is the key link between land use and urban transportation. However, the time of related research in China is relatively short. At present, the research and application of traffic generation law at home and abroad are mainly based on the traffic generation rate method. The traditional traffic generation rate method can only reflect the relationship between the single factor and the traffic volume, and the factors that affect the traffic generation rate are not considered enough. In view of this, this paper adds the influence factor of traffic accessibility on the basis of traditional generation rate method, and tries to reflect the relationship between traffic and land use more accurately. In this paper, the concept of traffic reachability is introduced into the analysis of traffic generation rate. Traffic accessibility is a concept that connects land use and traffic system closely. This paper summarizes the feedback function of traffic accessibility in the relationship between traffic system and land use, and reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad. The influencing factors of accessibility were analyzed. A quantitative method for the accessibility of car and public transportation in Tianjin is established, and the standardized value of accessibility is calculated on the TransCAD platform. In this paper, three main types of buildings (residential district, comprehensive commerce, office building) are selected as the research object, 35 attraction points are selected to investigate the basic information, residents travel and other information, and the work based on home is counted. Home-based schooling (office and business travel for no such purpose), other home-based and non-home-based generation rates for four different types of travel purposes (including passenger flow and traffic flow) were analyzed, respectively, to analyze their relationship with car travel accessibility and bus exit. Row accessibility correlation, And from the theoretical analysis and explanation. Finally, a mathematical model of traffic generation rate considering the influence of traffic accessibility is established, and it is used to predict the passenger flow generation rate and vehicle flow rate of all traffic districts in downtown Tianjin, including residential areas, comprehensive commercial and office buildings. The results of this study not only improve the accuracy of traffic generation prediction, but also provide a reference for urban traffic and land planning.
