非機(jī)動(dòng)車管理平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)和應(yīng)用

【摘要】:我國是一個(gè)非機(jī)動(dòng)車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)的國家,自行車、電動(dòng)車等非機(jī)動(dòng)車目前依然是我國城市大部分人出行的主要交通代步工具。非機(jī)動(dòng)車生產(chǎn)管理和使用過程中的管理與老百姓生活息息相關(guān),具有非常重要的意義。因?yàn)榉菣C(jī)動(dòng)車生產(chǎn)及使用量巨大、管理工作復(fù)雜,因此,實(shí)現(xiàn)非機(jī)動(dòng)車的信息化管理勢(shì)在必行。本文針對(duì)天津市非機(jī)動(dòng)車生產(chǎn)銷售企業(yè)和公安局非機(jī)動(dòng)車管理各個(gè)部門的實(shí)際需求,提出并設(shè)計(jì)了非機(jī)動(dòng)車管理平臺(tái)。 從實(shí)際工作出發(fā),本文對(duì)天津市非機(jī)動(dòng)車管理平臺(tái)的需求及整體框架進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),完成了系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)層次劃分、軟件設(shè)計(jì)、硬件系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì)等。采用JAVA、J2EE平臺(tái)、SSH框架、B/S架構(gòu)等技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了非機(jī)動(dòng)車業(yè)務(wù)功能模塊、非機(jī)動(dòng)車警情模塊、非機(jī)動(dòng)車盜搶案件以及違法犯罪嫌疑人員軌跡分析等模塊。系統(tǒng)可以完成非機(jī)動(dòng)車數(shù)據(jù)的采集、增、刪、改、查功能,并可配合非機(jī)動(dòng)車警情管理為被盜搶的非機(jī)動(dòng)車設(shè)置盜搶標(biāo)志位,,便于公安機(jī)關(guān)打擊非機(jī)動(dòng)車違法犯罪。 經(jīng)硬件架構(gòu)、功能性能、壓力等方面測(cè)試,結(jié)果表明,所設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)各模塊運(yùn)行正常,功能和可靠性等各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求,同時(shí)系統(tǒng)具有較好的安全性、兼容性、集成性、可擴(kuò)展性。
[Abstract]:China is a country with developed industry of non-motor vehicles. Bicycles, electric vehicles and other non-motor vehicles are still the main means of transportation for most people in cities in our country. The management in the process of production and use of non-motor vehicles is closely related to the daily life of the common people and has very important significance. Because the production and usage of non-motor vehicles are huge and the management work is complicated, it is imperative to realize the information management of non-motor vehicles. According to the actual demand of Tianjin non-motor vehicle production and sales enterprises and the departments of non-motor vehicle management of the Public Security Bureau, a non-motor vehicle management platform is proposed and designed in this paper. Based on the actual work, this paper designs the requirement and the whole frame of Tianjin non-motor vehicle management platform, and completes the system structure level division, software design, hardware system design, database design and so on. Using JAVA,J2EE platform SSH framework and B / S structure technology, the non-motor vehicle business function module, non-motor vehicle police information module, non-vehicle theft and robbery cases and track analysis of criminal suspects are implemented. The system can collect, add, delete, change and check the data of non-motor vehicles, and can cooperate with the management of non-motor vehicle police to set up stolen marks for the stolen and robbed non-motor vehicles, so as to facilitate the public security organs to crack down on non-motor vehicle crimes. The test results of hardware structure, function performance, pressure and so on show that the modules run normally, function and reliability meet the design requirements, and the system has good security, compatibility, integration, etc. Extensibility.
