加筋銹蝕對氯離子侵蝕海底隧道錨固支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)影響分析

【摘要】:由于長期氯離子侵蝕及干濕交替環(huán)境作用,海底隧道錨固支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)易于加筋銹蝕,造成支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度的降低.結(jié)合某海底隧道Ⅲ級和Ⅳ級圍巖錨固支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),基于前人研究理論及試驗(yàn)成果,采用數(shù)值分析軟件FLAC3D及有限元強(qiáng)度折減思想,探討加筋銹蝕對錨固支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)體系承載作用的劣化影響.研究表明,(1)錨桿銹蝕削弱了錨固支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的支護(hù)強(qiáng)度;隨著加筋銹蝕的增加,隧道加錨圍巖的變形逐漸增大;銹蝕對隧道加錨圍巖起拱線處的收斂變形影響最明顯,Ⅲ級圍巖位移銹蝕影響度最大可達(dá)56.7%,Ⅳ級圍巖位移銹蝕影響度最大可達(dá)62.98%.(2)錨桿銹蝕降低了錨固支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的錨固作用,銹蝕對錨固注漿體的黏結(jié)作用的損失影響比對錨桿應(yīng)力作用的損失影響大;Ⅲ級圍巖錨桿最大應(yīng)力銹蝕影響度最大為11.6%,錨固注漿體最大剪應(yīng)力銹蝕影響度最大達(dá)18.6%;Ⅳ級圍巖錨桿最大應(yīng)力銹蝕影響度最大為12.3%,錨固注漿體最大剪應(yīng)力銹蝕影響度最大達(dá)20.1%;說明銹蝕對Ⅳ級圍巖錨固支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)影響比Ⅲ級圍巖略大.研究結(jié)果可為海底隧道錨固支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)運(yùn)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估提供一定的數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù).
[Abstract]:Because of the long-term chlorine ion erosion and the alternating environment of dry and wet, the anchoring structure of undersea tunnel is easy to be reinforced and corroded, resulting in the decrease of the strength of the supporting structure. Based on the previous research theory and experimental results, combined with the design of surrounding rock Anchorage support structure of a subsea tunnel, the numerical analysis software FLAC3D and the idea of finite element strength reduction are adopted. The effect of reinforcement corrosion on the bearing capacity of anchor support system is discussed. The results show that: (1) Anchor corrosion weakens the support strength of the bolting support structure; with the increase of reinforcement corrosion, the deformation of the tunnel surrounding rock increases gradually, and the effect of corrosion on the convergence deformation of the arched line of the tunnel bolted wall rock is the most obvious.
