熱阻瀝青混合料薄層罩面阻熱性能研究

【摘要】:為了研究熱阻瀝青混合料薄層罩面的阻熱作用,以低導熱系數(shù)的陶粒替換普通石料設計SMA10熱阻薄層罩面,采集混合料不同層位的溫度,分析熱阻薄層罩面對瀝青混合料內(nèi)部溫度的影響,并從傳熱學角度對熱阻薄層罩面的作用機理進行分析。研究結(jié)果表明:陶粒熱阻罩面層可顯著降低路面內(nèi)部溫度,陶粒摻量為0%、20%、40%、70%時,瀝青混合料2cm層位處最大降溫幅度分別為:2.7℃、7.5℃、8.4℃、21.6℃;8cm層位處最大降溫幅度分別為:8.3℃、14.2℃、17.4℃、25.8℃。在密閉環(huán)境中,陶粒摻量過多在降低結(jié)構(gòu)層內(nèi)部溫度的同時會引起表面層溫度升高。因此,為了取得更好的降溫效果,文中推薦熱阻材料摻量為40%左右的薄層罩面。
[Abstract]:In order to study the heat resistance of the thermal resistance asphalt mixture, the SMA10 thermal resistance layer covering was designed by replacing the ordinary stone with low thermal conductivity ceramsite, and the temperature of different layers of the mixture was collected. The influence of thermal resistance cover on the internal temperature of asphalt mixture is analyzed, and the mechanism of thermal resistance covering is analyzed from the point of view of heat transfer. The results show that the thermal resistance overlay of ceramsite can significantly reduce the temperature inside the road surface, and the amount of ceramsite admixture is 20, 40, 40, 70. The maximum temperature drop ranges at the 2cm layer of asphalt mixture are: 1: 2.7 鈩,
