瀝青路面坑槽快速修補(bǔ)材料研究

【摘要】:瀝青路面坑槽是日常養(yǎng)護(hù)中最常見有最難處理的病害之一,特別是在寒冷的冬季或者潮濕的雨季,常規(guī)的熱補(bǔ)料無(wú)法及時(shí)有效的對(duì)坑槽進(jìn)行修補(bǔ),冷補(bǔ)瀝青修補(bǔ)料實(shí)現(xiàn)冷拌冷鋪,可一次生產(chǎn)拌合,儲(chǔ)存?zhèn)溆茫S用隨取,無(wú)需二次加熱,適合北方低溫的冬季和南方多雨季節(jié)使用,,使用方便,快捷環(huán)保,這項(xiàng)研究有助于冷補(bǔ)瀝青修補(bǔ)料在實(shí)際養(yǎng)護(hù)工程中的推廣運(yùn)用。 本文研究了瀝青路面坑槽的破壞機(jī)理,對(duì)坑槽產(chǎn)生的直接原因進(jìn)行了分析,并研究了坑槽修補(bǔ)所要達(dá)到目的以及坑槽出現(xiàn)再破損的原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出冷補(bǔ)瀝青修補(bǔ)料用于坑槽修補(bǔ)的可行性。 本文選取國(guó)內(nèi)使用比較廣泛的冷補(bǔ)瀝青修補(bǔ)料,通過(guò)馬歇爾試驗(yàn)方法確定其礦料級(jí)配和最佳瀝青用量,并用摩爾-庫(kù)倫理論分析了了冷補(bǔ)瀝青修補(bǔ)料強(qiáng)度形成機(jī)理,研究表明冷補(bǔ)瀝青修補(bǔ)料為強(qiáng)度成長(zhǎng)型材料。 通過(guò)大量的室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)分析了冷補(bǔ)瀝青修補(bǔ)料的路用性能,包括瀝青與集料的粘附性、初始馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度、成型馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度、水穩(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)(馬歇爾殘留穩(wěn)定度和凍融劈裂試驗(yàn))、高溫車轍試驗(yàn)等,推薦了評(píng)價(jià)冷補(bǔ)瀝青修補(bǔ)料的路用性能的試驗(yàn)方法及相應(yīng)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 最后探討了冷補(bǔ)瀝青修補(bǔ)料的施工工藝及施工質(zhì)量控制,并對(duì)冷補(bǔ)瀝青修補(bǔ)料的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:Bituminous pavement potholes are one of the most common diseases in daily maintenance, especially in cold winter or wet rainy season. Cold filling asphalt repair material can be produced and mixed in one time, stored and reserved, without secondary heating. It is suitable for cold winter and rainy season in the north and south. It is easy to use and is fast and environmentally friendly. This study is helpful to the application of cold-filled asphalt mending materials in practical maintenance engineering. In this paper, the failure mechanism of the potholes in asphalt pavement is studied, the direct causes of the potholes are analyzed, and the purpose of repairing the potholes and the causes of the rebreakage of the potholes are studied. On the basis of this, the feasibility of cold patch asphalt repair material used in pit repair is put forward. In this paper, we select the widely used cold patch asphalt patching material in China, determine its aggregate gradation and optimum asphalt content by Marshall test method, and analyze the forming mechanism of the strength of cold supplementary asphalt patching material by Moor-Coulomb theory. The results show that the cold-filled asphalt mending material is a strength-growing material. Based on a large number of laboratory tests, the road performance of cold patch asphalt repair material is analyzed, including the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate, the initial Marshall stability, and the shaping Marshall stability. Water stability test (Marshall residual stability test and freeze-thaw split test), high temperature rutting test and so on, recommended the test method and the corresponding evaluation index and standard for evaluating the road performance of cold supplementary asphalt repair material. Finally, the construction technology and construction quality control of cold asphalt repair material are discussed, and the social and economic benefits of cold supplementary asphalt repair material are analyzed.
