傳統(tǒng)集裝箱碼頭輪胎式龍門起重機遠(yuǎn)程操控技術(shù)改造方案

【摘要】:正隨著視頻監(jiān)控、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸、傳感器和控制技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,輪胎式龍門起重機(Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane,RTG)遠(yuǎn)程操控技術(shù)越來越受到集裝箱碼頭的重視。RTG遠(yuǎn)程操控指通過技術(shù)手段,將原先在RTG駕駛室內(nèi)的操作移至后方遠(yuǎn)程控制室操作,操作模式由原先的"一對一"轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槿蛛S機分配的"一對多"。RTG遠(yuǎn)程操控技術(shù)改造對于傳統(tǒng)人工集裝箱碼頭有以下意義:大幅減少人工費用;司機勞動強度降低,職業(yè)壽命延長;設(shè)備能耗和排放降低;
