軟土盾構(gòu)隧道橫向大變形側(cè)向注漿控制機理研究
[Abstract]:Grouting is often used to control tunnel diseases such as transverse deformation of shield tunnel in soft soil. A method of simulating tunnel grouting effect by volume strain of soil caused by grouting is put forward, and the rationality of this method is verified by grouting reinforcement practice in Shanghai subway tunnel. By using this method, the influence of lateral grouting on lateral deformation of tunnel is analyzed, and the mechanism of grouting on lateral deformation of tunnel is revealed by taking the lateral convergence, joint opening and staggered change of tunnel caused by grouting as indicators. The effect of grouting quantity and grouting range on grouting reinforcement effect is studied. It is found that grouting can effectively improve the transverse convergence of the tunnel and reduce the joint opening. In the early stage of grouting, the effect of grouting on the transverse deformation of the tunnel is mainly caused by segment rotation. In this stage, the opening of tunnel joint decreases significantly, while the convergence of tunnel decreases relatively slowly, and with the increase of grouting amount, The segment motion caused by grouting is mainly rigid body translational displacement, the transverse convergence of tunnel decreases significantly in this stage, but the joint stagger and tunnel lateral displacement caused by grouting continue to increase. Finally, on the background of Shanghai Metro Tunnel, the optimization suggestions on grouting quantity and grouting reinforcement range are put forward.
