碾壓混凝土基層在高速公路中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:瀝青混凝土路面以其表面平整、無接縫、行車舒適、振動小、噪音低、耐磨、不揚(yáng)塵易清洗、施工期短、養(yǎng)護(hù)維修簡便可再生利用等優(yōu)點(diǎn)得以廣泛使用。目前,廣東省高速公路中以瀝青混凝土路面加半剛性基層的這種結(jié)構(gòu)使用比較廣泛,隨著交通量的持續(xù)增長,車輛軸載以及重車比例的增大,這種半剛性基層瀝青路面發(fā)生了大量的不同程度的早期損壞。根據(jù)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),路面使用質(zhì)量和使用壽命達(dá)不到應(yīng)有水平,其主要原因是基層強(qiáng)度不足或基層強(qiáng)度衰減較快導(dǎo)致。實(shí)踐證明,在高等級公路尤其是重交通路段上,,現(xiàn)有的半剛性基層材料,不足以適應(yīng)交通發(fā)展的要求,需要采用新的強(qiáng)度更高的基層材料,以保證路面的使用品質(zhì)。廣東省地屬高溫、多雨的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū),交通量和交通軸載均較大,瀝青路面早期破壞也較為嚴(yán)重,如何解決我省瀝青路面早期病害問題,仍然是道路工作者們所面臨的一項艱巨任務(wù)。 針對廣東地區(qū)在重載交通下易出現(xiàn)的瀝青路面裂縫、坑槽、唧泥、車轍等早期損壞,特別是長大陡坡段的路面車轍等病害,嘗試采用碾壓混凝土剛性基層瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu),以期解決廣東地區(qū)重載交通作用下的路面耐久性問題。 基于碾壓混凝土基層的耐久性瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu),與傳統(tǒng)意義上的RCC+AC復(fù)合式路面,以及舊水泥混凝土路面加鋪瀝青面層等結(jié)構(gòu)在材料特性和受力情況等方面較為相似,但又各具特性。因此,本研究在借鑒這些路面結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力分析理論和方法的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)碾壓混凝土基層耐久性瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn),對優(yōu)質(zhì)碾壓混凝土基層施工難點(diǎn)、關(guān)鍵控制點(diǎn)進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步研究,從而不斷積累經(jīng)驗和提高碾壓混凝土路面基層的施工質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Asphalt concrete pavement is widely used because of its smooth surface, no joint, comfortable driving, low vibration, low noise, wear resistance, easy cleaning, short construction period, easy maintenance and recycling. At present, the structure of asphalt concrete pavement with semi-rigid base is widely used in Guangdong expressway. According to the investigation, the service quality and service life of the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement can not reach the proper level. The main reason is that the base strength is insufficient or the base strength decays quickly. Existing semi-rigid base materials are not enough to meet the requirements of traffic development in expressways, especially in heavy traffic sections. It is necessary to adopt new and higher strength base materials to ensure the quality of pavement. Guangdong Province is a high-temperature and rainy economically developed area with large traffic volume and axle load, and early damage of asphalt pavement. It is also more serious. How to solve the problem of early disease of asphalt pavement in our province is still a difficult task for road workers.
Aiming at the early damage of asphalt pavement, such as cracks, pits, mud, ruts and so on, which are easy to occur under heavy traffic in Guangdong area, especially the ruts on long and steep slopes, the roller compacted concrete rigid base asphalt pavement structure is tried to solve the problem of pavement durability under heavy traffic in Guangdong area.
The durable asphalt pavement structure based on roller compacted concrete base course is similar to the traditional RCC+AC composite pavement and the overlay asphalt pavement of old cement concrete pavement in material characteristics and stress conditions, but each has its own characteristics. Therefore, this study draws lessons from the stress analysis theory and formula of these pavement structures. On the basis of the method, according to the characteristics of the durable asphalt pavement structure of the roller compacted concrete base, the construction difficulties and key control points of the high quality roller compacted concrete base are further studied, so as to accumulate experience and improve the construction quality of the roller compacted concrete base.
