混凝土箱梁溫度場實(shí)測研究及概率統(tǒng)計(jì)分析

【摘要】:溫度作用是混凝土橋梁設(shè)計(jì)的重要因素,溫度梯度的選用對橋梁設(shè)計(jì)安全性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性具有重要影響。本文以位于浙江省千島湖地區(qū)的一座大跨度連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的溫度場長期監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),展開了混凝土箱梁溫度場的分析研究。 分別選取夏季和冬季當(dāng)中的一個(gè)月的數(shù)據(jù)作為相應(yīng)季節(jié)的代表,繪制了測點(diǎn)溫度隨時(shí)間的變化曲線,分析了箱梁各個(gè)溫度測點(diǎn)隨時(shí)間的變化規(guī)律,并按縱橋向和橫橋向比較了測點(diǎn)溫度。選取了鋪裝前后的測試數(shù)據(jù),分析了瀝青鋪裝對箱梁溫度場的影響。 對混凝土箱梁截面的最大正溫差與環(huán)境氣溫之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,建立了依據(jù)日最高氣溫與日氣溫變幅估算箱梁最大正溫差的經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式。 參考國內(nèi)外規(guī)范的規(guī)定,根據(jù)實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù),通過概率統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,提出了適用于杭州地區(qū)的正負(fù)溫度梯度設(shè)計(jì)曲線。 根據(jù)太陽物理學(xué)和傳熱學(xué)理論,通過分析混凝土箱梁與外界環(huán)境的熱量交換得到了混凝土箱梁的日照溫度場邊界條件,建立了計(jì)算混凝土箱梁日照溫度場的數(shù)值模型。 運(yùn)用Abaqus對日照溫度場進(jìn)行了參數(shù)分析。研究了混凝土熱物理參數(shù)、瀝青熱物理參數(shù)、鋪裝層厚度以及風(fēng)速、環(huán)境氣溫等對日照溫度場的影響,并繪制了溫度梯度指數(shù)函數(shù)幅值T0與指數(shù)a對這些參數(shù)的敏感性曲線。
[Abstract]:The effect of temperature is an important factor in the design of concrete bridges, and the selection of temperature gradient has an important influence on the safety and economy of bridge design. Based on the long-term monitoring data of temperature field of a long-span continuous rigid frame bridge located in Qiandao Lake area of Zhejiang Province, the temperature field of concrete box girder is analyzed and studied in this paper. Taking the data of one month in summer and winter as the representative of the corresponding seasons, the variation curve of temperature of measuring points with time is drawn, and the variation law of each temperature measuring point of box girder with time is analyzed. The temperature of the measuring point is compared according to the longitudinal bridge and the transverse bridge. The influence of asphalt pavement on the temperature field of box girder is analyzed by selecting the test data before and after paving. The relationship between the maximum positive temperature difference of the concrete box girder section and the ambient temperature is statistically analyzed, and the empirical formula for estimating the maximum positive temperature difference of the box girder based on the daily maximum temperature and the daily temperature variation amplitude is established. The design curve of positive and negative temperature gradient suitable for Hangzhou area is put forward by means of probability and statistical analysis according to the regulations at home and abroad and according to the measured data. According to the theory of solar physics and heat transfer, the boundary conditions of sunshine temperature field of concrete box girder are obtained by analyzing the heat exchange between concrete box girder and external environment, and a numerical model for calculating sunshine temperature field of concrete box girder is established. The parameter analysis of sunshine temperature field is carried out by using Abaqus. The effects of thermal physical parameters of concrete, bitumen thermophysical parameters, thickness of pavement, wind speed and ambient temperature on the temperature field of sunlight are studied. The sensitivity curves of the amplitude of temperature gradient exponential function T0 and exponent a to these parameters are plotted.
