【摘要】：為更好地分析拼寬橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)在新舊混凝土收縮徐變差作用下的受力機(jī)理,以1座鋼筋混凝土簡(jiǎn)支板橋的橫向拼寬為例,基于彈性力學(xué)平面應(yīng)力問題的逆解法和混凝土徐變計(jì)算的按齡期調(diào)整有效模量法,推導(dǎo)了由混凝土收縮徐變差引起的拼寬后結(jié)構(gòu)平面內(nèi)應(yīng)力和位移的解析表達(dá),并與既有文獻(xiàn)中的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了所提公式的適用性。實(shí)例分析結(jié)果表明:對(duì)于新舊梁跨徑均為8m,寬度分別為9.5,12.5m的情形,拼接縫位置附近的新梁沿縱橋向受拉,舊梁受壓,且縱橋向正應(yīng)力沿梁橫向呈明顯的非線性分布;遠(yuǎn)離接縫界面而靠近自由邊界的新、舊梁上會(huì)分別出現(xiàn)壓應(yīng)力和拉應(yīng)力,新、舊梁中的最大拉應(yīng)力分別為2.8,0.3 MPa;新、舊梁在拼接縫位置處4.8 MPa的剪應(yīng)力和主拉應(yīng)力的最大值均位于梁端部;新、舊梁混凝土強(qiáng)度比和寬度比主要影響舊梁自由邊位置處的拉應(yīng)力,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)其他部分的應(yīng)力影響較小。
[Abstract]:In order to better analyze the force mechanism of the widened bridge structure under the action of new and old concrete shrinkage Xu Biancha, taking the transverse widening of 1 reinforced concrete simply supported slab bridges as an example, the inverse method based on the plane stress problem of elastic mechanics and the age adjusted effective modulus method of concrete creep calculation are derived from the shrinkage and creep difference of concrete. The analytical expression of the stress and displacement in the plane after the widening of the structure is analyzed and compared with the experimental results in the existing literature, and the applicability of the proposed formula is verified. The results of the case analysis show that the new and old beams are both 8m and 9.5,12.5m in width, and the new beams near the joint position are pulled along the longitudinal bridge, and the old beams are pressed and longitudinal. The longitudinal stress of the bridge direction is obviously nonlinear distribution along the beam, and the pressure and tensile stress will appear separately on the old beam, and the maximum tensile stress in the old beam is 2.8,0.3 MPa respectively. The new, the maximum shear stress and the maximum tensile stress at 4.8 MPa at the joint position of the old beam are both at the end of the beam. The strength ratio and width ratio of the old beam concrete mainly affect the tensile stress at the free edge of the old beam, but have little influence on the stress of other parts of the structure.
