HDPE改性瀝青試驗室制備工藝及性能研究

【摘要】:為了研究HDPE改性瀝青制備工藝,以AH-90#瀝青為基質瀝青,通過正交試驗和方差極差顯著性分析,得到HDPE摻量、剪切速率、剪切時間和加熱溫度4個因素對HDPE改性瀝青指標的影響規(guī)律。通過分析,確定制備HDPE改性瀝青最佳工藝參數(shù)為:剪切速率為4 500r/min,剪切時間為25min,加熱溫度為170℃,改性劑HDPE摻量為5%。研究結果可為HDPE改性瀝青的制備和應用提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the preparation process of HDPE modified asphalt, the content and shear rate of HDPE were obtained by orthogonal test and variance significance analysis with AH-90# asphalt as base asphalt. The influence of four factors, shear time and heating temperature, on the index of HDPE modified asphalt.
