聚氨酯—鋼板夾層結(jié)構(gòu)正交異性橋面板彎曲及穩(wěn)定性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:聚氨酯-鋼板夾層結(jié)構(gòu)橋面板是在兩層鋼板之間注入聚氨酯核芯,由彈性體芯材與鋼板內(nèi)表層牢固粘接而形成復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu),F(xiàn)已在國(guó)外用于新鋪橋面板、橋面板的更換與橋面板的修復(fù)加固等應(yīng)用中。目前由于這種聚氨酯-鋼板夾層結(jié)構(gòu)橋面板尚未在國(guó)內(nèi)應(yīng)用,并且無相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范及準(zhǔn)則,為此本文以模型試驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)行聚氨酯-鋼板夾層結(jié)構(gòu)橋面板彎曲受力及穩(wěn)定極限承載力性能研究,進(jìn)一步揭示聚氨酯-鋼板夾層結(jié)構(gòu)橋面板的一些特點(diǎn),為聚氨酯-鋼夾層結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)在國(guó)內(nèi)的應(yīng)用提供可靠的依據(jù)。 首先,本文以現(xiàn)有分析理論為基礎(chǔ),重點(diǎn)介紹了夾層板的受力分析及穩(wěn)定分析理論。同時(shí)作為對(duì)比和參考,介紹了普通正交異性鋼橋面板的受力分析及穩(wěn)定分析理論。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)聚氨酯-鋼板夾層結(jié)構(gòu)正交異性鋼橋面板的受力性能進(jìn)行研究。 其次,依據(jù)現(xiàn)有的一些工程實(shí)例構(gòu)造進(jìn)行取值,根據(jù)模型相似原理進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)方案的設(shè)計(jì),并制作試驗(yàn)?zāi)P,進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究。并將試驗(yàn)值與有限元計(jì)算值進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,得到聚氨酯-鋼板夾層結(jié)構(gòu)正交異性鋼橋面板的彎曲受力性能,有限元分析結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)值比較吻合。 再次,在對(duì)模型進(jìn)行一般的彎曲性能試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了模型失穩(wěn)極限承載力的試驗(yàn)研究,得出了模型在軸向壓力和車輪均布荷載作用下的穩(wěn)定極限承載力,其結(jié)果與采用弧長(zhǎng)法計(jì)算的有限元分析結(jié)果較為接近。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明聚氨酯-鋼板夾層結(jié)構(gòu)正交異性鋼橋面板的整體穩(wěn)定性較好,在軸向荷載作用下,橋面板的U肋首先出現(xiàn)了屈曲現(xiàn)象。 最后,研究了聚氨酯-鋼板夾層結(jié)構(gòu)正交異性鋼橋面板在參數(shù)變化下的穩(wěn)定極限承載力性能。主要考慮了以下幾個(gè)影響因素:夾層板鋼板厚度的影響、夾層板芯層厚度的影響以及U肋數(shù)量的影響。借助有限元軟件對(duì)這些影響因素進(jìn)行分析,主要研究了在各參數(shù)變化情況下的屈曲模態(tài)以及失穩(wěn)極限荷載。對(duì)計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,,得到了不同參數(shù)對(duì)聚氨酯-鋼板夾層結(jié)構(gòu)正交異性鋼橋面板穩(wěn)定極限承載力的影響程度。 總之,本文在聚氨酯-鋼板夾層結(jié)構(gòu)正交異性鋼橋面板體系的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、一般受力性能以及穩(wěn)定極限承載力方面所做的研究工作,對(duì)我國(guó)聚氨酯-鋼板夾層結(jié)構(gòu)橋面板體系的設(shè)計(jì)和研究具有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:Polyurethane-steel sandwich structure bridge deck is a composite structure formed by solid bonding of elastomer core and inner surface layer of steel plate by injecting polyurethane core between two layers of steel plate. It has been used in the application of new deck, replacement of deck and repair and reinforcement of deck. Because this kind of polyurethane steel plate sandwich structure bridge deck is not yet used in our country, and there is no corresponding design code and criterion, this paper is based on the model test. The bending force and ultimate bearing capacity of polyurethane steel plate sandwich structure bridge deck were studied, and some characteristics of polyurethane steel plate sandwich structure bridge deck plate were revealed. It provides a reliable basis for the application of polyurethane-steel sandwich structure technology in China. Firstly, based on the existing analysis theory, the stress analysis and stability analysis theory of sandwich plate are introduced. At the same time, as a comparison and reference, the stress analysis and stability analysis theory of orthotropic steel bridge slabs are introduced. On this basis, the mechanical properties of orthotropic steel bridge panels with polyurethane-steel sandwich structure are studied. Secondly, according to some existing engineering examples, the test scheme is designed according to the similarity principle of the model, and the test model is made, and the experimental research is carried out. The bending behavior of orthotropic steel bridge panel with polyurethane steel plate sandwich structure is obtained by comparing the experimental results with the calculated values of finite element method. The results of finite element analysis are in good agreement with the experimental values. Thirdly, on the basis of the general bending performance test of the model, the ultimate bearing capacity of the model is studied, and the stability ultimate bearing capacity of the model under axial pressure and uniform wheel load is obtained. The results are close to the results of finite element analysis calculated by arc length method. The experimental results show that the overall stability of the orthotropic steel bridge slab with polyurethane steel sandwich structure is good. Under axial load, the U-rib of the deck slab first appears buckling phenomenon. Finally, the stability ultimate bearing capacity of orthotropic steel bridge panels with polyurethane-steel sandwich structure is studied. The following factors are considered: the thickness of sandwich plate, the thickness of core layer and the number of U ribs. With the help of finite element software, the buckling modes and the buckling limit loads under the varying parameters are studied. The calculation results are compared and analyzed, and the influence of different parameters on the ultimate bearing capacity of orthotropic steel bridge slab with polyurethane steel plate sandwich structure is obtained. In a word, this paper studies the structural design, general mechanical properties and ultimate bearing capacity of orthotropic steel bridge panel system with polyurethane steel plate sandwich structure. It has certain reference significance for the design and research of the bridge deck system of polyurethane-steel sandwich structure in China.
