城市軌道交通施工期間的交通組織方案研究

【摘要】:城市軌道交通是具有運(yùn)量大、效率高等特點(diǎn)新型公共交通方式,近年來已經(jīng)在全國各大中城市普及,并且越來越多的城市也在把規(guī)劃修建城市大型軌道交通項(xiàng)目作為緩解城市日益增長的交通矛盾的重要措施。但是由于軌道交通本身建設(shè)范圍大,建設(shè)期長、耗費(fèi)人力物力大、對(duì)城市路網(wǎng)要求高等因素,導(dǎo)致軌道交通在施工期間將會(huì)對(duì)城市的交通尤其是老城區(qū)的交通帶來巨大的壓力,如果施工期間沒有進(jìn)行合理有效的交通組織,,那么城市交通將面臨癱瘓的境地。本文是以工程應(yīng)用為特點(diǎn)的工程碩士論文,因此文章關(guān)注點(diǎn)在于將科學(xué)理論應(yīng)用到實(shí)際方案設(shè)計(jì)中,通過結(jié)合交通工程學(xué)、城市交通規(guī)劃學(xué)、交通工程設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)、城市軌道交通學(xué)等多個(gè)學(xué)科的理論知識(shí),最終歸納總結(jié)并應(yīng)用到蘭州軌道交通1號(hào)線東方紅廣場(chǎng)站施工期間的交通組織方案設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)證中。 文章首先從軌道交通的施工環(huán)境入手,針對(duì)施工環(huán)境中不同的分類進(jìn)行了較為細(xì)致的研究,施工環(huán)境的不同直接影響到施工期間交通組織方案設(shè)計(jì)的合理性,在對(duì)施工環(huán)境進(jìn)行研究分析的同時(shí),還需要收集和整理大量的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),這些基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)有很大一部分也將成為后期處理模型時(shí)所用到的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù);其次,文章針對(duì)軌道交通施工的工法進(jìn)行了研究,不同的施工工法需要的工期各不相同,并且產(chǎn)生的交通影響大小及范圍也各不相同,因此施工工法的選擇也是交通組織方案制定的重要參考條件;再次,制定軌道施工期間的交通組織方案需要以施工期間的道路通行狀況作為基本前提,因此對(duì)施工期間的交通量必須進(jìn)行專業(yè)的預(yù)測(cè),本文通過運(yùn)用國內(nèi)較為常用的背景OD矩陣推算方法對(duì)現(xiàn)狀背景OD進(jìn)行了推算得到了基礎(chǔ)OD數(shù)據(jù),之后通過交通仿真軟件TransCAD對(duì)所基礎(chǔ)OD進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),得到了軌道施工期間的背景OD,最終將這個(gè)OD量重新分配到了路網(wǎng)上得到了預(yù)測(cè)年的路網(wǎng)飽和度。 最后在以上理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,文章以蘭州市軌道交通1號(hào)線東方紅廣場(chǎng)站施工期間的交通組織方案設(shè)計(jì)作為實(shí)證將理論運(yùn)用到工程實(shí)踐當(dāng)中,首先科學(xué)的確定了施工期間的交通影響范圍,對(duì)影響區(qū)域內(nèi)的主要道路及交叉口進(jìn)行了梳理;隨后對(duì)交通影響范圍內(nèi)所有路網(wǎng)以及交叉口的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì),并以這些數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù)對(duì)路網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀飽和度及施工期間的飽和度進(jìn)行推算;根據(jù)推算得到的施工期間路網(wǎng)飽和度信息,引入單向交通理念以及道路分流理論并結(jié)合相關(guān)道路設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范對(duì)影響區(qū)域內(nèi)的道路和交叉口進(jìn)行了新的渠化設(shè)計(jì),為制定施工期間的社會(huì)車輛及公交車輛的疏導(dǎo)方案提供了重要的道路條件;最終運(yùn)用交通仿真軟件Vissim對(duì)交通組織方案的各個(gè)交通指標(biāo)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),并提出相關(guān)建議供決策者參考。
[Abstract]:Urban rail transit is a new type of public transportation mode with the characteristics of large volume and high efficiency. In recent years, it has been widely used in large and medium-sized cities throughout the country. And more cities are also planning to build urban rail transit projects as an important measure to alleviate the growing urban traffic conflicts. However, due to such factors as large construction scope, long construction period, large manpower and material resources, and high demand for urban road network, rail transit will bring great pressure on urban traffic, especially in old urban areas, during the construction period. If there is no reasonable and effective traffic organization during construction, urban traffic will be paralyzed. This paper is a master of engineering thesis characterized by engineering application, so the focus of this paper is to apply scientific theory to practical project design, by combining traffic engineering, urban traffic planning, traffic engineering and facility design. The theoretical knowledge of urban rail transit and other disciplines is summed up and applied to the traffic organization scheme design of Dongfanghong Square Station of Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 1 during the construction period. This paper begins with the construction environment of rail transit, and makes a detailed study on the different classification of construction environment. The difference of construction environment directly affects the rationality of traffic organization scheme design during construction. While researching and analyzing the construction environment, we also need to collect and organize a large amount of basic data, which will become the basic data used in the post-processing model. In this paper, the construction method of rail transit is studied. The construction period of different construction method is different, and the traffic influence and scope are different. Therefore, the selection of construction method is also an important reference condition for the formulation of traffic organization plan; thirdly, the road traffic situation during the construction period should be taken as the basic premise for the formulation of the traffic organization plan during the track construction. Therefore, the traffic volume during construction must be predicted professionally. In this paper, the basic OD data are obtained by using the background OD matrix calculation method, which is commonly used in China, to calculate the background OD of the present situation. After that, the basic OD is predicted by the traffic simulation software TransCAD, and the background ODs during the track construction period are obtained. Finally, the OD value is reallocated to the road network to obtain the road network saturation for the predicted year. Finally, on the basis of the above theoretical research, this paper applies the theory to engineering practice by taking the traffic organization scheme design of Dongfanghong Square Station of Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 1 during the construction period as an example. Firstly, it scientifically determines the scope of traffic impact during construction, combs the main roads and intersections in the affected area. Then, it investigates the basic data of all road networks and intersections in the traffic impact area. Based on these data, the saturation of the road network and the saturation during the construction period are calculated, and the saturation information of the road network during the construction period is calculated. This paper introduces the theory of one-way traffic and the theory of road shunt and combines the relevant road design code to carry out a new channelization design of roads and intersections in the affected areas. It provides an important road condition for drawing up the plan of social vehicles and public transport vehicles during the construction period. Finally, the traffic simulation software Vissim is used to comprehensively evaluate the traffic indexes of the traffic organization scheme. And put forward relevant suggestions for the reference of decision makers.
