低填方荷載條件下鋼波紋板拱橋力學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:基于鋼波紋板結(jié)構(gòu)作為橋涵在公路工程中的應(yīng)用需要,,本文依托現(xiàn)場實(shí)際工程,對(duì)低填方條件下鋼波紋板拱橋的應(yīng)用及其力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)及仿真模擬分析,重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行荷載條件下的結(jié)構(gòu)特性分析,主要研究內(nèi)容如下: 1、結(jié)合國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)行設(shè)計(jì)、施工規(guī)范、資料,對(duì)應(yīng)用于公路工程中的鋼波紋板結(jié)構(gòu)的分類、使用條件、要求等進(jìn)行總結(jié)、歸納,提出其適用性。 2、依托一道填土厚度1.2m的3孔4m跨徑、中心角為135°的鋼波紋板圓弧拱橋,對(duì)其在車輛荷載作用下的管壁應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變進(jìn)行測試、分析。 3、利用有限元軟件ANSYS、路面結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算程序BISAR和HPDS分別對(duì)鋼波紋板拱橋和路面結(jié)構(gòu)在車輛荷載作用下的力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行仿真模擬計(jì)算,研究結(jié)構(gòu)的受力和變形特征,探索鋼波紋板結(jié)構(gòu)與路面結(jié)構(gòu)的變形協(xié)同性。 4、對(duì)車輛荷載作用下的鋼波紋板拱橋的動(dòng)撓度進(jìn)行測試,計(jì)算其沖擊系數(shù)。 5、基于有限元結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的鋼波紋板橋涵結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算方法,對(duì)低覆土條件下多孔拱橋結(jié)構(gòu)的力學(xué)計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,提出適合本文研究對(duì)象的設(shè)計(jì)控制要點(diǎn)。 論文研究成果可有助于解決低填方條件下多孔鋼波紋板橋涵應(yīng)用的技術(shù)難題,具有重要的理論與實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the application needs of steel corrugated slab structure as bridge and culvert in highway engineering, this paper, relying on the field engineering, carries out field test and simulation analysis on the application and mechanical performance of steel corrugated arch bridge under low fill condition. The main research contents are as follows: 1. Combining with the current design, construction code and data at home and abroad, the classification and application conditions of steel corrugated plate structures used in highway engineering are analyzed. The requirements are summarized and summarized, and its applicability is put forward. 2The stress and strain of the pipe wall under the action of vehicle load are tested by relying on a steel corrugated plate arc arch bridge with 3 holes and 4 m span with 1.2m thickness and 135 擄center angle. 3. The mechanical properties of steel corrugated arch bridge and pavement structure under vehicle load are simulated and calculated by finite element software ANSYS, pavement structure calculation program BISAR and HPDS, respectively, and the stress and deformation characteristics of the structure are studied. The deformation synergy between steel corrugated plate structure and pavement structure is explored. 4. The dynamic deflection of steel corrugated plate arch bridge under vehicle load is tested. Based on the finite element structural design method and the existing steel corrugated plate bridge and culvert structure at home and abroad, the mechanical calculation results of the porous arch bridge structure under low overlying soil conditions are compared. The key points of design control suitable for the research object of this paper are put forward. The research results in this paper can help to solve the technical problems in the application of porous steel corrugated slab bridges and culverts under low fill conditions, and have important theoretical and practical significance.
