斜塔斜拉橋的塔梁同步施工方法研究

【摘要】:本文圍繞討論塔梁同步施工方法是否可以應用于斜塔斜拉橋這一主線,,以福建光澤縣桔子洲大橋主橋為研究背景,主要從以下三個方面開展了研究工作: 1)先簡單介紹了本文依托工程的有關概況,采用有限元軟件MIDAS/Civil建立結構在成橋狀態(tài)下的模擬模型,并分別按照先塔后梁和塔梁同步兩種施工方法的施工流程在軟件中添加施工信息并進行正裝計算。 2)比對結構分別采用先塔后梁和塔梁同步法進行施工的計算結果,從結構在施工階段和運營階段兩個方面分析塔梁同步施工法對結構各主要構件的影響,再結合兩種施工方法的優(yōu)缺點,論述塔梁同步施工法的可行性。 3)在研究塔梁同步施工法對結構的影響時,由于斜拉索索力對結構受力具有關鍵作用,本文將此部分獨立為一章。該部分用正裝法確定了以設計成橋索力為目標的施工索力,并用正裝迭代法確定了以施工索力為目標的斜拉索單元初始張拉力,然后分析了塔梁同步施工法對索力的影響,并對采用塔梁同步施工法進行施工的依托工程索力施工控制結果進行了分析,并依據此結果對塔梁同步法實際應用的效果進行驗證。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses whether the synchronous construction method of tower and beam can be applied to the main line of inclined tower cable-stayed bridge, taking the main bridge of Kuangze County, Fujian Province as the research background. The main research work is as follows: 1) this paper introduces the general situation of the project and establishes the simulation model of the structure under the condition of the bridge by using the finite element software MIDAS/Civil. According to the construction flow of the first tower and the back beam and the tower beam synchronously, the construction information is added to the software and the normal installation calculation is carried out. 2) the calculation results of the construction of the structure using the first tower and the rear beam and the tower beam synchronously are compared. This paper analyzes the influence of the tower and beam synchronous construction method on the main components of the structure from two aspects: the construction stage and the operation stage, and then combines the advantages and disadvantages of the two construction methods. The feasibility of tower beam synchronous construction method is discussed. 3) in studying the influence of tower beam synchronous construction method on the structure, because the cable force plays a key role in the structure force, this part is divided into a chapter. In this part, the construction cable force with the design of the bridge cable force as the target is determined by the formal loading method, and the initial tensioning force of the cable-stayed element with the construction cable force as the target is determined by the formal installation iteration method, and then the influence of the tower beam synchronous construction method on the cable force is analyzed. The control results of cable force construction based on tower beam synchronous construction method are analyzed, and the practical application effect of tower beam synchronization method is verified.
