富水軟弱地層盾構(gòu)掘進(jìn)引起長期沉降研究

【摘要】:采用盾構(gòu)法修建城市地鐵隧道時(shí)沉降分為施工期間沉降以及長期固結(jié)沉降兩部分,如何預(yù)測和控制因盾構(gòu)掘進(jìn)引起的施工期間沉降和長期沉降,是盾構(gòu)隧道施工所面臨的一個(gè)重要問題。本文針對(duì)富水軟弱地層的特殊性,結(jié)合蘇州地鐵2號(hào)線盾構(gòu)隧道工程實(shí)例,通過實(shí)測分析、長期沉降預(yù)測和數(shù)值模擬,對(duì)隧道施工引起的長期沉降規(guī)律進(jìn)行了深入的研究,主要進(jìn)行了以下工作: (1)以實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),研究施工期間沉降、二次補(bǔ)漿、土層性質(zhì)等因素對(duì)盾構(gòu)掘進(jìn)引起長期沉降的影響,并總結(jié)了長期沉降規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明,地面長期沉降與施工期間沉降呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,工后二次補(bǔ)漿可以顯著減小地面的長期沉降;粘土對(duì)長期沉降影響較砂土大;工后經(jīng)90-160天固結(jié)沉降發(fā)展,大部分建筑物傾斜率有0.03‰~0.6‰的增加。 (2)對(duì)盾構(gòu)掘進(jìn)引起的地面長期沉降進(jìn)行理論預(yù)測,計(jì)算其最終沉降量及穩(wěn)定時(shí)間。研究結(jié)果表明實(shí)測值與預(yù)測值兩者吻合程度較好,富水軟弱地層盾構(gòu)施工期間沉降占預(yù)測總沉降量40%左右。預(yù)測地面沉降基本穩(wěn)定需約1年時(shí)間,地面沉降最終穩(wěn)定需約3年時(shí)間。 (3)基于三維數(shù)值模擬程序,對(duì)富水軟弱地層盾構(gòu)掘進(jìn)引起長期沉降規(guī)律及其影響因素進(jìn)行模擬分析。模擬表明,地表長期沉降也符合高斯曲線,沉降槽隨時(shí)間發(fā)展變深變寬;滲透系數(shù)減小會(huì)顯著增加沉降穩(wěn)定所需要的時(shí)間,但對(duì)固結(jié)沉降量影響不大。
[Abstract]:The settlement of urban subway tunnel built by shield method is divided into two parts: settlement during construction period and long-term consolidation settlement. How to predict and control the settlement and long-term settlement caused by shield tunneling. It is an important problem in shield tunnel construction.
