碼頭集卡智能調(diào)度分配系統(tǒng)的研究與設計

【摘要】:國務院近期印發(fā)的《物流業(yè)發(fā)展中長期規(guī)劃》在十二個物流業(yè)重點方面進行了整體規(guī)劃,物流業(yè)已經(jīng)成為融合運輸、倉儲、貨代、信息等產(chǎn)業(yè)的復合型服務業(yè),是支撐國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的基礎性、戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè)。加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流業(yè),對于促進產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調(diào)整、轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式、提高國民經(jīng)濟競爭力和建設生態(tài)文明具有重要意義。大連作為東北最早一批開發(fā)的港口城市,完全有條件、有能力發(fā)展成為北方重要的物流中心城市之一,東北亞地區(qū)的物流樞紐城市之一。 大連應借助物流業(yè)高速發(fā)展的有利契機,由經(jīng)濟擴張型城市向經(jīng)濟輻射型城市轉(zhuǎn)變,大連外開放程度高、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展快、城市功能強、與東北地區(qū)經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系最緊密的城市。大連港是東北地區(qū)最重要的出?。在大連國際航運中心建設的核心,可以提高大連輻射的作用和影響,吸引更多的資金流,信息流,分布在大連的貨物流動,形成港口與腹地經(jīng)濟互動,港口與日本和韓國的經(jīng)濟互動。大連港按照既定戰(zhàn)略,繼續(xù)圍繞“智慧型港口”目標,加快了全面信息化的步伐。信息技術的運用已經(jīng)成為港口加速發(fā)展的引擎。 港口屬于生產(chǎn)型企業(yè),它的生產(chǎn)核心既是碼頭內(nèi)各資源協(xié)調(diào)調(diào)度的效率和質(zhì)量,同時也是碼頭完成裝卸作業(yè)過程的及其重要的關機環(huán)節(jié)。在整個碼頭裝卸工藝中,現(xiàn)場裝船卸船作業(yè)過程的堆場(包括前后方)集卡協(xié)調(diào)調(diào)度又是重點環(huán)節(jié)?梢哉f,任何一個集裝箱碼頭的裝船、卸船作業(yè)都是它的主體業(yè)務內(nèi)容,并通過作業(yè)能力直接的反映出碼頭效能的高低水平,同時反映出港口整體吞吐效能和管理能力。大連港應抓住東北老工業(yè)基地振興、沿海經(jīng)濟帶開發(fā)、對俄經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易不斷發(fā)展等機遇,將集裝箱碼頭的建設和管理推向新的臺階,這既是對碼頭管理者來說既是機遇也是挑戰(zhàn)。同時,如何在有限的硬件設計和條件下,最大限度的提升碼頭作業(yè)效率,一直是各個大型集裝箱碼頭及場站研究的重要課題。 本文對目前大連港三期集裝箱碼頭的實際業(yè)務進了深入研究,對其業(yè)務特點進行了分析,并設計出一套行之有效的解決方案,融合到正在應用的碼頭操作系統(tǒng)中,真正實現(xiàn)集卡在信息系統(tǒng)平臺下能夠?qū)崟r分配和調(diào)度。設計方案中的集卡分配原則與以往不同,從傳統(tǒng)的單個岸邊設備綁定固定臺次集卡轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槎鄠岸邊設備多個集卡共享并動態(tài)調(diào)度。融合了智能集卡調(diào)度系統(tǒng)之后的碼頭業(yè)務操作系統(tǒng),使得集卡及其他堆場設備資源能夠更加合理、高效投入到碼頭生產(chǎn)作業(yè)中,有效降低人工參與度,降低集卡空載率,進而全面提高碼頭作業(yè)效率和降低能耗。岸邊設備岸邊設備岸邊設備
[Abstract]:The "medium and long term Plan for the Development of Logistics Industry", recently issued by the State Council, has carried out overall planning in 12 key areas of the logistics industry. The logistics industry has become a composite service industry integrating transport, warehousing, freight forwarding, information and other industries. It is the foundation that supports national economy development, strategic industry. Speeding up the development of modern logistics industry is of great significance to promote the adjustment of industrial structure, to change the mode of development, to improve the competitiveness of national economy and to build ecological civilization. As the earliest port city in Northeast China, Dalian has the ability to develop into one of the important logistics center cities in the north and one of the logistics hub cities in Northeast Asia. Dalian should take advantage of the favorable opportunity of the rapid development of logistics industry to transform from an economically expanding city to an economically radiating city. Dalian is a city with a high degree of openness, rapid economic development, strong urban function and most closely related to the economy of Northeast China. Dalian Port is the most important sea outlet in Northeast China. The core of the construction of Dalian's international shipping center can enhance the role and influence of Dalian's radiation, attract more capital flows, information flows, and the flow of goods distributed in Dalian, thus forming an economic interaction between ports and hinterlands. The port's economic interaction with Japan and South Korea. Dalian Port, according to the established strategy, continues to focus on the "smart port" goal, accelerating the pace of comprehensive information. The application of information technology has become the engine of port development. The port belongs to the production type enterprise, its production core is not only the efficiency and the quality of the coordinated dispatch of the resources in the wharf, but also the important shutdown link of the wharf to complete the loading and unloading process. In the whole process of loading and unloading of wharf, the coordinated dispatching of the stacking yard (including front and rear) during loading and unloading operation is the key link. It can be said that the loading and unloading of any container terminal is its main business content, and directly reflects the level of terminal efficiency through the operational capacity, and also reflects the overall throughput efficiency and management capacity of the port. Dalian Port should seize the opportunities of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, developing the coastal economic belt and developing the economy and trade to Russia, and push the construction and management of the container terminal to a new level, which is both an opportunity and a challenge for the wharf manager. At the same time, how to maximize the efficiency of terminal operation under limited hardware design and conditions has been an important research topic for each large container terminal and yard station. In this paper, the actual business of the third phase container terminal of Dalian Port has been deeply studied, the characteristics of its business have been analyzed, and a set of effective solution has been designed, which is integrated into the existing terminal operating system. The real implementation of set card in information system platform can be real-time allocation and scheduling. The principle of card allocation in the design scheme is different from that in the past. It is changed from the traditional single shore device binding fixed station sub card to multiple shore equipment multiple card sharing and dynamic scheduling.
