【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的快速發(fā)展,城市道路建設(shè)工程數(shù)量也日益增長(zhǎng)。城市道路建設(shè)工程不僅消耗大量資源和能源,還會(huì)對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生一定的破壞:建設(shè)過(guò)程中所需天然骨料的開(kāi)采,勢(shì)必會(huì)造成當(dāng)?shù)氐纳鷳B(tài)破壞;工程建設(shè)使用的各種原材料的運(yùn)輸過(guò)程無(wú)疑會(huì)造成大量溫室氣體的排放,建設(shè)過(guò)程垃圾的填埋處理勢(shì)必占用大量土地。研究城市道路建設(shè)工程生命周期過(guò)程中的資源能源消耗和溫室氣體排放無(wú)疑具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。采用傳統(tǒng)方法開(kāi)展生命周期評(píng)價(jià)往往需要收集大量數(shù)據(jù)且耗時(shí)長(zhǎng),專(zhuān)業(yè)性很強(qiáng),因此,開(kāi)發(fā)一種面向普通用戶(hù),可以節(jié)約計(jì)算時(shí)間,易于使用的生命周期評(píng)估軟件十分必要。目前我國(guó)尚未見(jiàn)專(zhuān)門(mén)研究道路建設(shè)工程生命周期評(píng)估軟件的報(bào)道。本文旨在開(kāi)發(fā)一種可視化評(píng)價(jià)軟件,以快速直觀地分析我國(guó)城市道路建設(shè)工程生命周期過(guò)程的資源能源消耗和溫室氣體等的排放。本文首先全面介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于道路建設(shè)的生命周期評(píng)估軟件,然后重點(diǎn)介紹了我國(guó)城市道路建設(shè)工程生命周期評(píng)估軟件(URC-LCA)的開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程,軟件全面展示了道路建設(shè)各模塊(拆除模塊、廢舊材料處理模塊、建材生產(chǎn)模塊、材料運(yùn)輸模塊)的資源能源消耗,分析了整個(gè)生命周期過(guò)程對(duì)環(huán)境的影響,包括能量消耗,溫室氣體(CO2、N2O、CH4)排放,以及其他廢氣、廢水、固體廢棄的排放等等。并且通過(guò)圖表形式直觀顯示。最后通過(guò)上海中環(huán)線(xiàn)延伸段工程案例研究進(jìn)一步展示評(píng)估軟件的可行性,分析了該工程各模塊的環(huán)境排放,在該工程中建材生產(chǎn)階段消耗的能源最大,產(chǎn)生的溫室氣體最多,因此在該階段應(yīng)使用更加環(huán)保,利用價(jià)值更高,對(duì)環(huán)境污染更小的建材,以進(jìn)一步減少整個(gè)建設(shè)過(guò)程對(duì)環(huán)境的影響。本文的研究成果,將為科學(xué)直觀評(píng)估城市道路建設(shè)工程生命周期過(guò)程資源能源消耗和溫室氣體排放提供方法與軟件支持,對(duì)進(jìn)一步研究我國(guó)道路建設(shè)工程環(huán)境影響和低碳技術(shù)節(jié)能減排效果有重要參考意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the number of urban road construction projects is increasing day by day. Urban road construction project not only consumes a large amount of resources and energy, but also has certain damage to the ecological environment: the exploitation of natural aggregate in the process of construction is bound to cause local ecological damage; The transportation process of all kinds of raw materials used in engineering construction will undoubtedly result in a large amount of greenhouse gas emissions, and the landfill treatment of the construction process will inevitably occupy a large amount of land. It is undoubtedly of practical significance to study the resource and energy consumption and greenhouse gas emission in the life cycle of urban road construction project. It is necessary to develop a life-cycle evaluation software for ordinary users, which can save computing time and is easy to use, because the traditional method of life cycle evaluation often needs to collect a large amount of data, take a long time and have a strong specialization, so it is necessary to develop a kind of life cycle assessment software which can save computing time and is easy to use. At present, there is no report on the life cycle assessment software of road construction project in China. The purpose of this paper is to develop a visual evaluation software to analyze the resource and energy consumption and greenhouse gas emission of the life cycle process of urban road construction project in China quickly and intuitively. This paper first introduces the life cycle assessment software of road construction at home and abroad, and then focuses on the development process of the life cycle assessment software (URC-LCA) of urban road construction project in China. The software shows the resource and energy consumption of the road construction modules (demolition module, waste material processing module, building materials production module, material transportation module), and analyzes the impact of the whole life cycle process on the environment, including energy consumption. Greenhouse gas (CO _ 2 N _ 2O _ 4) emissions, as well as other exhaust gases, wastewater, solid waste emissions and so on. And through the chart form visual display. Finally, the feasibility of the evaluation software is further demonstrated through the case study of the extension section of the Shanghai Central Ring Line, and the environmental emissions of each module of the project are analyzed. In this project, the energy consumption of building materials is the largest and the greenhouse gas is the most produced in the stage of building materials production. Therefore, more environmentally friendly, more valuable and less polluting building materials should be used in this stage in order to further reduce the impact of the whole construction process on the environment. The research results of this paper will provide methods and software support for the scientific and intuitive assessment of resource and energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions during the life cycle of urban road construction projects. It has important reference significance to further study the environmental impact of road construction project and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction of low carbon technology.
