瀝青混合料損傷愈合性能評(píng)價(jià)方法研究

【摘要】:瀝青混合料的損傷自愈能力是指混合料在一定條件下自身能夠部分或完全恢復(fù)材料強(qiáng)度、剛度并延長(zhǎng)瀝青路面的疲勞壽命,它被認(rèn)為是瀝青混合料抵抗疲勞開裂的重要因素。經(jīng)過(guò)道路科研工作者多年的努力,瀝青混合料損傷愈合性能研究有了較大的發(fā)展,但仍存在對(duì)愈合性能形成機(jī)理認(rèn)識(shí)不清晰、沒有有效簡(jiǎn)便的愈合性能評(píng)價(jià)方法以及混合料自愈能力提升方法難以突破等關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題有待進(jìn)一步研究。本文在借鑒已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,立足于建立科學(xué)可靠的瀝青混合料損傷愈合性能研究評(píng)價(jià)方法,主要從瀝青混合料損傷愈合性能影響因素分析、試驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)方法、模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法三個(gè)方面開展研究工作: (1)在充分學(xué)習(xí)、借鑒前人對(duì)瀝青混合料損傷愈合性能的研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,分析并總結(jié)了影響瀝青混合料損傷愈合性能的主要指標(biāo)因素及其影響效果。 (2)引入彈性基礎(chǔ)小梁試驗(yàn)?zāi)P,建立了瀝青混合料損傷愈合性能的試驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)方法:試驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)模型中采用小梁試件的彎曲強(qiáng)度作為混合料愈合情況的主要評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),基于試驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)與ABAQUS有限元分析結(jié)果建立了適用于本模型的含初始缺陷小梁的三點(diǎn)彎曲強(qiáng)度計(jì)算方法;然后通過(guò)試驗(yàn)?zāi)P偷膽?yīng)用,分析發(fā)現(xiàn)該試驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)方法既可以用于研究瀝青混合料的損傷愈合特性,,也可用于判定某種特定影響因素對(duì)混合料損傷愈合性能的影響,以及比較不同種類瀝青混合料愈合性能的差異。 (3)在分析現(xiàn)有研究成果及本文試驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)方法研究結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了混合料損傷愈合性能評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。對(duì)于定量連續(xù)型指標(biāo),采用4類共16種隸屬度函數(shù)描述方法;對(duì)于定性離散型指標(biāo),采用經(jīng)驗(yàn)賦值方法,然后引入依次評(píng)價(jià)原則、共同評(píng)價(jià)原則及改進(jìn)的層次分析法,建立總體與多層次的兩種模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型。最后通過(guò)實(shí)例應(yīng)用,驗(yàn)證了兩種模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法在評(píng)價(jià)瀝青混合料損傷愈合性能方面的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:The damage self healing ability of asphalt mixture is that the mixture can partially or completely recover the strength, stiffness and fatigue life of asphalt pavement under certain conditions. It is considered as an important factor to resist fatigue cracking of asphalt mixture. After years of efforts by road researchers, the damage healing performance of asphalt mixture is also considered. There is a great development in the study, but there is still a lack of understanding of the formation mechanism of healing properties, the lack of effective and simple method for evaluating the healing performance and the difficulty of breaking through the method of improving the self healing ability of the mixture. This paper is based on the establishment of scientific and reliable asphalt on the basis of the existing research results. The research evaluation method of the damage healing performance of the mixture is mainly from the analysis of the factors affecting the damage healing performance of asphalt mixture, the method of test evaluation, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in three aspects.
(1) on the basis of the achievements of previous research on the damage healing performance of asphalt mixture, the main factors and effects on the damage healing performance of asphalt mixture are analyzed and summarized.
(2) introducing the elastic foundation trabecular test model, a test evaluation method for the damage healing performance of asphalt mixture is established: the bending strength of the trabecular specimen is used as the main evaluation index of the mixture healing in the test evaluation model. Based on the test base data and the ABAQUS finite element analysis result, the initial content of the model is established. The three point bending strength calculation method of the initial defect trabecula is obtained. Then through the application of the experimental model, it is found that the test evaluation method can be used to study the damage healing properties of asphalt mixture, and also to determine the effect of certain influence factors on the damage healing performance of the mixture, and to compare the different kinds of asphalt mixture. Differences in healing properties.
(3) on the basis of the analysis of the existing research results and the results of the experimental evaluation method, the evaluation index system for the damage healing performance of the mixture is proposed. For the quantitative continuous index, the 4 categories of 16 kinds of membership function description methods are adopted, and the empirical valuation method is adopted for the qualitative discrete index, and then the sequential evaluation principle is introduced. The common evaluation principle and the improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are used to establish two fuzzy comprehensive evaluation models of overall and multi-level. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the two fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods in evaluating the damage healing performance of asphalt mixture are verified by the application of the two fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods.
