隧道數(shù)值模擬與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定分析

【摘要】:我國(guó)公路隧道針對(duì)不同斷面形式、不同圍巖級(jí)別條件下要求設(shè)置仰拱,在公路隧道設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范和公路隧道設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)則中有著不同的規(guī)定。仰拱施工具有其復(fù)雜性、耗費(fèi)資金大的特點(diǎn)。目前大量已建和在建隧道工程大多是采用經(jīng)驗(yàn)法進(jìn)行仰拱取消施工,關(guān)于這方面的數(shù)值模擬研究和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)研究還很少,,因此關(guān)于取消仰拱的研究對(duì)隧道設(shè)計(jì)和施工都有著重大的理論意義和實(shí)際價(jià)值。 本文以兩車道隧道關(guān)于仰拱設(shè)置的要求為出發(fā)點(diǎn)。針對(duì)規(guī)范中Ⅳ級(jí)圍巖要求設(shè)置仰拱,而細(xì)則中的Ⅳ1級(jí)圍巖推薦取消仰拱的區(qū)別,從現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)和數(shù)值模擬兩方面對(duì)Ⅳ1級(jí)圍巖能否取消仰拱進(jìn)行深入研究。 依托在建實(shí)際工程隧道,確定Ⅳ1級(jí)圍巖未設(shè)仰拱段為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)控量測(cè)對(duì)象,分別對(duì)圍巖與初次支護(hù)的接觸壓力、二次襯砌壓力、鋼拱架應(yīng)變和錨桿軸力四方面做現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)。對(duì)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理分析,分析圍巖及支護(hù)襯砌的受力變形情況,作為判斷圍巖穩(wěn)定性的依據(jù)。利用ANSYS軟件和FLAC3D軟件相結(jié)合,建立兩車道隧道數(shù)值計(jì)算模型,包括平底隧道模型1和仰拱隧道模型2。應(yīng)用FLAC3D對(duì)Ⅳ1級(jí)圍巖條件下兩種模型進(jìn)行靜力計(jì)算,對(duì)比分析兩種模型在隧道開(kāi)挖過(guò)程中的圍巖穩(wěn)定和支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)受力、變形情況;并針對(duì)模型1監(jiān)測(cè)某一斷面圍巖及二襯隨模擬計(jì)算的受力情況,同現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。 綜上,本文得到以下主要結(jié)論: 1.根據(jù)Ⅳ1級(jí)圍巖現(xiàn)場(chǎng)各個(gè)監(jiān)測(cè)斷面的數(shù)據(jù)分析和數(shù)值模擬兩種模型的對(duì)比分析,提出兩車道Ⅳ1級(jí)圍巖隧道可用平底替代仰拱進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和施工。 2.根據(jù)錨桿軸力的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析,提出初襯錨桿支護(hù)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:According to different cross section and different surrounding rock level, invert arch is required in highway tunnel design code and detailed rules of highway tunnel design in our country. Inverted arch construction has its complexity and large cost. At present, a large number of existing tunnel projects under construction are mostly carried out by using empirical method to cancel the construction of inverted arch, but there are few numerical simulation studies and field test studies on this aspect. Therefore, the research on the cancellation of inverted arch has great theoretical and practical value for tunnel design and construction. In this paper, the two-lane tunnel about the setting of inverted arch requirements as the starting point. In view of the difference that the inverted arch is required for the fourth grade surrounding rock in the code, and that the inverted arch is recommended to be cancelled for the 鈪
