盾構(gòu)隧道已開裂管片的受力變形特性

【摘要】:結(jié)合廣州地鐵某已運(yùn)營(yíng)的盾構(gòu)區(qū)間隧道現(xiàn)狀,通過采用三維Goodman單元來模擬管片已存在的裂縫,對(duì)盾構(gòu)區(qū)間隧道已開裂管片的裂縫深度變化對(duì)管片結(jié)構(gòu)造成的影響進(jìn)行了分析,同時(shí)也對(duì)側(cè)向土壓力、地基彈簧系數(shù)以及地下水位等幾種重要因素對(duì)管片受力變形特性的影響進(jìn)行了評(píng)估。研究表明,隨著裂縫深度的增加,管片砼的拉應(yīng)力、壓應(yīng)力雖然達(dá)到最大值,但變化幅度并不大。但當(dāng)裂縫接近徑向貫通的時(shí)候,鋼筋的拉應(yīng)力值會(huì)大大增加,有可能超過允許值。同時(shí),在盾構(gòu)管片存在既有裂縫的情況下,盾構(gòu)管片的最大拉應(yīng)力值、水平和豎向收斂值、豎向沉降值均隨側(cè)向土壓力系數(shù)、地基彈簧系數(shù)的減少而增大,同時(shí)隨地下水位埋深的增大而增大。根據(jù)研究結(jié)果,對(duì)該區(qū)間隧道盾構(gòu)隧道的裂縫等病害采取了針對(duì)性修復(fù)措施,目前無新的裂縫出現(xiàn),總體處于穩(wěn)定及安全的狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:According to the current situation of an existing shield tunnel in Guangzhou Metro, the influence of crack depth variation of cracked segment on segment structure is analyzed by using 3D Goodman element to simulate the existing cracks in the segment. At the same time, some important factors, such as lateral earth pressure, spring coefficient of foundation and groundwater level, are also evaluated. The results show that with the increase of crack depth, the tensile stress and compressive stress of segment concrete reach the maximum value, but the range of variation is not large. However, when the crack is close to radial penetration, the tensile stress of steel bar will increase greatly, which may exceed the allowable value. At the same time, the maximum tensile stress value, horizontal and vertical convergence value, vertical settlement value of shield segment increase with the decrease of lateral earth pressure coefficient and spring coefficient of foundation. At the same time, it increases with the increase of groundwater level. According to the results of the research, some measures are taken to repair the cracks of shield tunnel in this section. There are no new cracks and they are in a stable and safe state.
