【摘要】：滾裝船的運(yùn)輸方式是利用裝載運(yùn)貨汽車或者使用牽引車牽引其他無動力的車輛或者載貨設(shè)備裝載上船進(jìn)行載運(yùn)貨物。與傳統(tǒng)海運(yùn)船舶例如件雜貨船、集裝箱船相比,滾裝船有著裝卸效率更高、周轉(zhuǎn)周期更快、船舶利用率更高等特點(diǎn)。船舶在港時間的縮短是滾裝船的一大特點(diǎn)。如何在更大程度上縮短滾裝船的在港時間,進(jìn)一步加快其運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)周期,更大程度上發(fā)揮滾裝船的優(yōu)勢,是目前各大滾裝船公司提高競爭力的關(guān)鍵因素。本文將以國際著名滾裝航運(yùn)企業(yè)W公司為背景依托,參照部分港口滾裝碼頭尤其是天津港滾裝碼頭的情況,根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)例,對于滾裝船營運(yùn)過程中合理預(yù)估以及調(diào)整控制滾裝船舶在港作業(yè)時間進(jìn)行研究。即基于滾裝船舶自身營運(yùn)特點(diǎn),以及港口各部門、貨主乃至滾裝航運(yùn)市場的實(shí)際情況,客觀分析滾裝船舶在港時間的合理預(yù)估以及調(diào)整、控制,進(jìn)而對滾裝船舶在港時間進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理的研究規(guī)劃和針對現(xiàn)狀加以解決、改進(jìn)并提出未來展望設(shè)想。本文將以滾裝船舶營運(yùn)特點(diǎn)以及波特價值鏈對W公司介紹作為開篇,以PEST模型和五力模型為理論,根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)例深入分析影響船舶在港時間的原因、目前存在的問題和如何對在港時間進(jìn)行有效控制,最終對W公司滾裝船舶未來在天津港在港時間合理預(yù)估和調(diào)整、控制做出展望。
[Abstract]:The mode of transportation of a rolling ship is to load the cargo by loading a freight car or using a tractor to pull other unpowered vehicles or loading equipment to carry the cargo on board. Compared with the traditional shipping, such as a grocer and a container ship, the rolling ship has a higher loading and unloading efficiency, a faster cycle cycle, and a higher ship utilization rate. The shortening of the port time is a major feature of the rolling ship. How to shorten the port time of the rolling ship to a greater extent, further accelerate its operation cycle, and play the advantage of the rolling ship to a greater extent, is the key factor to improve the competitiveness of the major rolling shipping companies at present. This paper will be based on the background of the international famous rolling shipping company W company. Depending on the situation of the part of the port rolling wharf, especially the Tianjin port rolling wharf, according to the business examples, the reasonable prediction and adjustment and control of the working time of the rolling ship in port operation are based on the operation characteristics of the RO ro ship itself, and the actual port departments, the cargo owners and the shipping market. In the case of an objective analysis of the reasonable prediction, adjustment and control of the RO ro ships in port time, the scientific and rational research planning of the RO ro ships in port time and the current situation are solved, and the future prospect is improved and proposed. This article will take the characteristics of the ship's operation and the introduction of the Potter value chain to the W company as an opening, P The EST model and five force model are the theory. According to the business examples, the reasons which affect the time of the ship in port time are deeply analyzed. The existing problems and how to control the time of the port are effectively controlled. Finally, the forecast of the reasonable prediction and adjustment of the W rolling ship in Tianjin port in the port time is finally made.
