【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,天然氣這一清潔能源逐漸占據(jù)我國新能源結(jié)構(gòu)的主體,使天然氣的海上運(yùn)輸量、LNG船舶數(shù)量不斷增加。但由于LNG本身具有燃燒爆炸后危險(xiǎn)性大、容易泄露、造成海難事故等特性,決定了LNG船舶在運(yùn)輸和�？坎次贿^程中存在較大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。故在制定完善的操作規(guī)范同時,LNG碼頭建設(shè)的安全性也起到不可忽視的作用。然而,影響LNG碼頭建設(shè)安全的因素較多,故對這些因素進(jìn)行歸類并加以分析,為LNG碼頭的安全建設(shè)提供一個較為可靠的評判依據(jù),為保障海上財(cái)產(chǎn)人命安全、防止污染起到重大意義。 本論文主要完成以下研究內(nèi)容： (1)評價(jià)方法的選取 LNG碼頭建設(shè)的安全性是一個復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)問題,對其評價(jià)能否準(zhǔn)確,在一定程度上受到所采用評價(jià)方法的影響,對同一個問題應(yīng)用不同方法進(jìn)行評價(jià),最后得到的結(jié)論可能存在較大的差異。故本文通過對多種評價(jià)方法的比較,最終確定采用模糊網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法(F-ANP)。 (2)采用專家調(diào)查問卷的形式,收集信息 影響碼頭建設(shè)安全性的因素有很多,本文以專家調(diào)查問卷的形式對影響LNG碼頭建設(shè)安全的因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查、對比、打分,進(jìn)一步確定每個因素在F—ANP中所占比重,通過三角模糊數(shù)確定權(quán)重,最終構(gòu)造超矩陣得出計(jì)算結(jié)果,找出影響比較關(guān)鍵的因素。 (3)建立評價(jià)模型 從LNG船舶自身特點(diǎn)出發(fā),通過專家調(diào)查問卷形式,對碼頭影響因素進(jìn)行歸類、整合,結(jié)合模糊網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法,建立安全評價(jià)模型,進(jìn)而為LNG碼頭的安全建設(shè)提供一定參考。 本文以江蘇洋口港西太陽沙北碼頭區(qū)LNG碼頭建設(shè)的實(shí)例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, natural gas, as a clean energy, gradually occupies the main part of the new energy structure in China, which makes the quantity of natural gas transported at sea and LNG ships increasing. However, LNG itself has the characteristics of high risk after combustion explosion, easy leakage and shipwreck, which determines the risk of LNG ships in the process of transportation and berthing. Therefore, the safety of LNG terminal construction also plays an important role. However, there are many factors that affect the safety of LNG terminal construction. Therefore, these factors are classified and analyzed to provide a more reliable basis for judging the safety of LNG terminal construction, and to ensure the safety of life of marine property. It is of great significance to prevent pollution. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: (1) the safety of LNG terminal construction is a complex system problem. To some extent, different methods are used to evaluate the same problem, and the conclusion may be quite different. Therefore, through the comparison of various evaluation methods, this paper finally determines that the use of fuzzy network analysis (F-ANP). (2) and the form of expert questionnaire to collect information has a lot of factors that affect the security of the construction of the wharf. In this paper, the factors affecting the safety of LNG terminal construction are investigated in the form of an expert questionnaire. By comparing and scoring, the proportion of each factor in F-ANP is further determined, and the weight is determined by triangular fuzzy number. Finally, the calculation results are obtained by constructing the supermatrix, and the key factors are found out. (3) the evaluation model is established based on the characteristics of LNG vessels, and the influencing factors of the wharf are classified by the form of expert questionnaire. Combined with fuzzy network analysis, a safety evaluation model is established, which provides a certain reference for LNG terminal safety construction. This paper verifies the construction of LNG wharf in Yangkou Port, Jiangsu Province.
