多空隙瀝青混合料堵塞行為特性研究

【摘要】:多空隙瀝青路面因能提高道路安全性能和降低交通噪聲而備受關(guān)注,在日本等國(guó)家被廣泛運(yùn)用。但是,因?yàn)榭紫抖氯麑?dǎo)致路面排水、降噪功能失效而嚴(yán)重影響了多空隙瀝青路面在中國(guó)更大規(guī)模的推廣應(yīng)用。國(guó)內(nèi)鮮有對(duì)多空隙瀝青路面抗堵塞能力方面的研究,由此本文通過(guò)室內(nèi)模擬多空隙瀝青混合料長(zhǎng)周期排水堵塞的行為來(lái)展開對(duì)其抗堵塞性能等方面的研究,為了得出配合比設(shè)計(jì)中不同結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)多空隙瀝青混合料對(duì)其排水和抗堵塞能力的影響規(guī)律。 本文通過(guò)配合比設(shè)計(jì)制備不同結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)(空隙率、級(jí)配、瀝青種類)的單、雙層多空隙瀝青混合料,測(cè)試并分析了混合料相關(guān)路用性能和其影響因素。分別用變水頭和常水頭兩種方法分別測(cè)得滲水系數(shù)Cw和滲透系數(shù)k來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)試件在堵塞行為前后及過(guò)程中透水能力變化情況,研究各結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)多空隙瀝青混合料的排水和抗堵塞能力的影響規(guī)律,,為以提高多空隙瀝青混合料排水和抗堵塞能力為設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)的多空隙瀝青混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù)。 通過(guò)分析試驗(yàn)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)多空隙瀝青混合料試件的空隙率越大,排水和抗堵塞能力越強(qiáng)?障堵屎驮嚰炊氯暗呐潘芰ο嚓P(guān)性很強(qiáng)并與評(píng)價(jià)試件排水能力的滲透系數(shù)k建立了相關(guān)性方程,推導(dǎo)了空隙率和試件被堵塞后滲透系數(shù)k的關(guān)系式。不過(guò)隨著空隙率增大,混合料的結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性會(huì)下降。多空隙瀝青混合料的級(jí)配越粗,公稱最大粒徑越大,試件的抗堵塞能力越大。高彈改性瀝青的使用會(huì)明顯提高多空隙瀝青混合料穩(wěn)定性和抗疲勞能力但對(duì)抗堵塞能力的影響很小。 此外通過(guò)對(duì)雙層多空隙瀝青混合料進(jìn)行堵塞行為特性研究發(fā)現(xiàn)上層混合料厚度越小、空隙率越高,混合料排水和抗堵塞能力越強(qiáng)。通過(guò)高壓清洗機(jī)使用沖洗和刷洗兩種方式來(lái)清洗多空隙瀝青混合料試件,評(píng)價(jià)了多空隙混合料試件的易清理程度。發(fā)現(xiàn)試件的空隙率越大,則越容易被清理。而雙層試件上面層厚度越小,則越容易清理。雙層多空隙瀝青混合料較單層更容易被清理。
[Abstract]:Multi-void asphalt pavement is widely used in Japan and other countries because it can improve road safety performance and reduce traffic noise. However, due to pore blockage leading to pavement drainage, noise reduction function has seriously affected the application of multi-voids asphalt pavement in China on a larger scale. There are few researches on the anti-clogging ability of multi-voids asphalt pavement in China, so the anti-blocking performance of multi-voids asphalt mixture is studied in this paper by simulating the behavior of long-period drainage blockage of multi-voids asphalt mixture in laboratory. In order to find out the influence of different structural parameters on the drainage and blockage resistance of multi-voids asphalt mixture in mix design. In this paper, single and double layer multi-voids asphalt mixtures with different structural parameters (void ratio, gradation, asphalt type) are prepared by mix ratio design. The related road performance and its influencing factors of mixture are tested and analyzed. The permeability coefficient C w and permeability coefficient k were measured by the variable head method and the constant water head method respectively to evaluate the change of the permeability of the specimen before and after the blockage behavior and during the process. The influence of structural parameters on the drainage and blockage resistance of multi-voids asphalt mixture is studied in order to provide the basis for the mix design of multi-void asphalt mixture with the aim of improving the drainage and anti-blocking ability of multi-voids asphalt mixture. By analyzing the test results, it is found that the larger the void ratio of the multi-void asphalt mixture is, the stronger the drainage capacity and the anti-blocking ability are. There is a strong correlation between the porosity and the drainage capacity before the specimen is not plugged, and the correlation equation between the porosity and the permeability coefficient k after the specimen is blocked is established, and the relationship between the porosity and the permeability coefficient k after the specimen is blocked is deduced. However, with the increase of void ratio, the structural stability of the mixture will decrease. The thicker the gradation of multi-void asphalt mixture and the larger the nominal maximum particle size, the greater the clogging resistance of the sample. The use of high elastic modified asphalt can obviously improve the stability and fatigue resistance of multi-voids asphalt mixture, but has little effect on the resistance to blockage. In addition, it is found that the smaller the thickness of the upper layer mixture is, the higher the void ratio is, and the stronger the drainage and anti-blocking ability of the mixture is. The multi-void asphalt mixture specimens were washed by high-pressure cleaning machine in two ways: flushing and scrubbing, and the degree of easy cleaning of multi-voids was evaluated. It is found that the larger the porosity, the easier it is to be cleaned up. The smaller the upper layer of the double-layer specimen is, the easier it is to clean it. Double-layer multi-void asphalt mixture is easier to be cleaned than single-layer asphalt mixture.
