盾構(gòu)空推過礦山法隧道同步注漿漿液配合比研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:盾構(gòu)法越來越廣泛地被應(yīng)用在我國地下工程施工中,已經(jīng)成為地鐵隧道等建設(shè)的主流工法。用盾構(gòu)機(jī)隧道施工時,盾構(gòu)機(jī)向前推進(jìn),管片襯砌環(huán)從盾尾脫出,就會不可避免地在圍巖與管片外側(cè)之間形成盾尾空隙,因此盾尾同步注漿成為盾構(gòu)施工必不可少的環(huán)節(jié)。通常向管片與巖層之間的空隙注入注漿材料,以此達(dá)到控制地層變形的目的。 本文針對武漢地鐵3號線盾構(gòu)空推過礦山法隧道同步注漿的要求,要得到適用于此區(qū)間工程的漿液,要求漿液可泵性強(qiáng)、穩(wěn)定性高、凝結(jié)時間適當(dāng),漿液的流動性、強(qiáng)度、充填性三者之間可以協(xié)調(diào)。 調(diào)研我國的地下工程同步注漿的施工資料,,本文采用水泥、粉煤灰、膨潤土、砂和水為原材料配制單液活性水泥砂漿同步注漿漿液,并設(shè)計了16組正交試驗(yàn),分析了漿液各原材料對漿液稠度、膠凝時間、泌水率、固結(jié)收縮率和抗壓強(qiáng)度等工程性能的影響規(guī)律,并提出了現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)用基準(zhǔn)配合比,通過結(jié)合室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)研究與基準(zhǔn)配合比在現(xiàn)場的應(yīng)用情況,改良了漿液配合比,確定了盾構(gòu)空推過礦山法段的同步注漿參數(shù),并提出施工工藝。為今后類似工程的同步注漿漿液的配合比設(shè)計及應(yīng)用提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Shield method is more and more widely used in the construction of underground engineering in China, and has become the mainstream method of subway tunnel construction. When the shield machine is used in tunnel construction, the shield machine advances forward and the segment lining ring comes out from the shield tail, which inevitably forms the shield tail gap between the surrounding rock and the outside of the segment, so the synchronous grouting of the shield tail becomes an essential link in the shield construction. Grouting materials are usually injected into the voids between segments and strata to control formation deformation. In this paper, according to the requirement of synchronous grouting of shield tunneling through mine tunnel of Wuhan Metro Line 3, the slurry which is suitable for the project of this section should be obtained, which requires that the slurry can be pumped strongly, has high stability, proper setting time, fluidity and strength of the slurry. Filling can be coordinated among the three. In this paper, cement, fly ash, bentonite, sand and water are used as raw materials to prepare single liquid active cement mortar synchronous grouting, and 16 groups of orthogonal tests are designed. The effects of different raw materials on the properties of slurry, such as consistency, gelation time, bleeding rate, consolidation shrinkage rate and compressive strength, were analyzed, and the reference mix ratio for field test was put forward. Based on the laboratory test and the application of the standard mix ratio in the field, the slurry mixture ratio is improved, the synchronous grouting parameters of the shield tunneling through the mine section are determined, and the construction technology is put forward. It provides a reference for the design and application of synchronous grouting mixture in similar projects in the future.
