金水溝大橋橋型方案比選研究

【摘要】:本文以108國道合陽過境公路金水溝大橋的橋型方案比選為研究對象,,從橋位選擇、橋型方案擬定、上下部主要結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸擬定、結(jié)構(gòu)靜動力分析、施工可行性及工程造價等方面進(jìn)行了綜合比選,初步確定了合理可行的橋型方案。 首先,根據(jù)金水溝橋位處的地形、地質(zhì)、水文等資料擬定了五種橋型方案。分別為:大跨徑預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋(不同跨徑主橋和引橋組合)、預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土T梁橋。其次,采用橋梁計(jì)算軟件進(jìn)行了主橋承載能力強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算和正常使用應(yīng)力驗(yàn)算,計(jì)算結(jié)果表明結(jié)構(gòu)受力滿足規(guī)范要求;同時對連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋進(jìn)行了動力分析,給出了該種橋型的6~10階基頻及對應(yīng)的振型,根據(jù)動力分析模型及地震動輸入,對連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋進(jìn)行了E1、E2階段各個控制截面的內(nèi)力及位移計(jì)算。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明均能滿足抗震規(guī)范要求。最后,從技術(shù)難度及可行性、施工及養(yǎng)護(hù)難易程度、工程造價等方面進(jìn)行了五種橋型方案的綜合比較,初步確定方案二連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋?yàn)橥扑]橋型方案。 本文研究成果已應(yīng)用于指導(dǎo)實(shí)際工程,為該橋的初步設(shè)計(jì)和施工圖設(shè)計(jì)提供了主要依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the bridge scheme of Jinshuigou Bridge on Heyang Transit Highway of 108 National Highway is chosen as the object of study. The selection of bridge location, the formulation of bridge scheme, the determination of main structural dimensions of upper and lower parts, and the static and dynamic analysis of the structure are presented in this paper. The feasibility of construction and project cost are compared and selected, and a reasonable and feasible bridge scheme is preliminarily determined. Firstly, according to the topographic, geological and hydrological data of the Jinshuigou bridge, five bridge schemes are proposed. They are: long span prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge (different span main bridge and approach bridge combination), prestressed concrete T beam bridge. Secondly, the bridge calculation software is used to check the bearing capacity strength of the main bridge and the normal use stress. The calculation results show that the structural force meets the requirements of the code, and the dynamic analysis of the continuous rigid frame bridge is also carried out. The 6 ~ (10) order fundamental frequency and the corresponding mode of the bridge are given. According to the dynamic analysis model and the input of ground motion, the internal forces and displacements of each control section of the continuous rigid frame bridge in E _ 1 / E _ 2 stage are calculated. The results show that it can meet the requirements of seismic code. Finally, from the aspects of technical difficulty and feasibility, construction and maintenance difficulty, engineering cost and so on, this paper makes a comprehensive comparison of five kinds of bridge schemes, and preliminarily determines the second continuous rigid frame bridge as the recommended bridge scheme. The research results in this paper have been applied to guide the practical engineering and provide the main basis for the preliminary design and construction drawing design of the bridge.
