微表處混合料路用性能影響因素

【摘要】:微表處是一種路面維修養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù),對緩解路面病害的發(fā)生發(fā)展、延長路面使用壽命起到了積極作用。為提高微表處混合料的抗水損性及抗車轍性能,對微表處混合料路用性能影響因素進(jìn)行研究。采用濕輪磨耗試驗、負(fù)荷輪粘附砂試驗和輪轍變形試驗方法,通過使用不同級配、不同集料以及添加纖維,分析這些因素對微表處混合料的水穩(wěn)定性以及抗車轍性等路用性能的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明:玄武巖無論是在水穩(wěn)定性能還是抗車轍性能都優(yōu)于石灰?guī)r;對于MS-Ⅲ型級配微表處混合料考慮水穩(wěn)定性時,級配選定在上限與中值之間較好;微表處混合料以抗車轍性能為主時,級配選定在中值與下限之間較好;摻加2‰聚丙烯單絲纖維的微表處混合料可提高微表處混合料的抗車轍性能。
[Abstract]:Micro-surfacing is a kind of pavement maintenance and maintenance technology, which plays an active role in alleviating the occurrence and development of pavement diseases and prolonging pavement service life. In order to improve the water loss resistance and rutting resistance of micro-surfacing mixture, the influencing factors of pavement performance of micro-surfacing mixture were studied. By using wet wheel wear test, load wheel adhesion sand test and wheel rut deformation test, by using different grades, different aggregates and adding fibers, The effects of these factors on the water stability and rutting resistance of the mixture are analyzed.
