【摘要】:與傳統(tǒng)運(yùn)輸方式相比,集裝箱甩掛運(yùn)輸具有成本更低、效率更高、車輛周轉(zhuǎn)更快、節(jié)能減排效果更好等優(yōu)勢,是發(fā)展綠色物流的重要舉措。同時(shí),甩掛運(yùn)輸利用并行工作的原理,極大地縮短了牽引車等待貨物裝卸及港口排隊(duì)時(shí)間,提高了港口物流的運(yùn)作效率。 甩掛運(yùn)輸作為一種先進(jìn)的運(yùn)輸組織方式已被西方發(fā)達(dá)國家廣泛采用,在我國卻因?yàn)橹贫、技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、硬件、調(diào)度方法等問題沒有得到大范圍的應(yīng)用,其中,缺乏科學(xué)合理的調(diào)度方法是制約甩掛運(yùn)輸發(fā)展的一大瓶頸。為促進(jìn)我國集裝箱甩掛運(yùn)輸產(chǎn)業(yè)健康、穩(wěn)定地發(fā)展,對甩掛運(yùn)輸組織優(yōu)化及牽引車調(diào)度相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行深入研究,以科學(xué)的理論指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐、服務(wù)實(shí)踐,成為當(dāng)下需要解決的重要課題。 本文對港口集疏運(yùn)體系中“一點(diǎn)多線”模式下的集裝箱甩掛運(yùn)輸牽引車調(diào)度優(yōu)化問題進(jìn)行研究。本文的創(chuàng)新之處為,在甩掛運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)中構(gòu)建了“一點(diǎn)多線”模式下的集裝箱甩掛運(yùn)輸牽引車調(diào)度優(yōu)化模型,并設(shè)計(jì)了基于啟發(fā)式規(guī)則的模擬退火算法進(jìn)行求解,算例分析證實(shí)了算法的有效性及實(shí)用性。通過最短距離聚類分析法,將多甩掛中心調(diào)度優(yōu)化問題轉(zhuǎn)化為單甩掛中心的調(diào)度優(yōu)化問題進(jìn)行求解。本文具體的研究思路為,首先對集裝箱甩掛運(yùn)輸概念、組織模式進(jìn)行概述,并對后文所涉及的智能算法進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的理論闡述。其次,對“一點(diǎn)多線”模式下的集裝箱甩掛運(yùn)輸調(diào)度優(yōu)化問題分單甩掛中心和多甩掛中心兩個(gè)方面分別建立了甩掛運(yùn)輸牽引車調(diào)度優(yōu)化模型,并設(shè)計(jì)了基于啟發(fā)式規(guī)則的模擬退火算法和改進(jìn)的進(jìn)化規(guī)劃算法進(jìn)行求解。最后,在算例分析中,對兩種算法結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較分析后得出,基于啟發(fā)式規(guī)則的模擬退火算法對于求解甩掛運(yùn)輸牽引車調(diào)度優(yōu)化模型的有效性,為調(diào)度人員制定甩掛作業(yè)方案提供了一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional transportation mode, container swing transportation has the advantages of lower cost, higher efficiency, faster vehicle turnover and better energy saving and emission reduction effect. It is an important measure to develop green logistics. At the same time, the principle of parallel operation of swing and hang transportation greatly shortens the waiting time for cargo loading and unloading and port queuing time, and improves the operation efficiency of port logistics. As an advanced mode of transportation organization, swing and hanging transportation has been widely used in western developed countries, but it has not been widely used in our country because of the system, technical standards, hardware, dispatching methods and so on. The lack of scientific and reasonable dispatching method is a bottleneck that restricts the development of transportation. In order to promote the healthy and stable development of container transport industry in China, the problems related to the optimization of transportation organization and the dispatch of towing vehicles are studied in depth, and the scientific theory is used to guide the practice and service practice. To become an important issue to be solved. In this paper, the scheduling optimization of container trailers in the "one point multi-line" mode of port transportation system is studied. The innovation of this paper is that a "one point multi-line" model of container trailers scheduling optimization is constructed in the transportation network, and a heuristic rule based simulated annealing algorithm is designed to solve the problem. The effectiveness and practicability of the algorithm are verified by an example. By using the shortest distance clustering analysis method, the scheduling optimization problem of multi-swing and hanging center is transformed into the scheduling optimization problem of single swing and hanging center. The specific research ideas of this paper are as follows: firstly, the concept and organization mode of container swing and hoisting transportation are summarized, and the intelligent algorithms involved in the following articles are expounded in detail. Secondly, the optimization model of the dispatching optimization of container trailing and trailing transportation under the mode of "one point and multiple lines" is established respectively in two aspects: single swing center and multiple swing and hang center. A heuristic rule based simulated annealing algorithm and an improved evolutionary programming algorithm are designed to solve the problem. Finally, by comparing the results of the two algorithms, it is concluded that the heuristic rule based simulated annealing algorithm is effective in solving the scheduling optimization model of trailers. It provides a certain reference value for the dispatcher to formulate the operation plan.
