【摘要】:本文根據(jù)外貼FRP結(jié)構(gòu)的形狀和受力特點,提出了一種新型的外貼FRP梁單元和外貼FRP板單元。外貼FRP梁單元能夠用于分析外貼FRP梁端部剝離和由于彎曲裂縫引起的中部剝離。該梁單元主要用于分析粘結(jié)層破壞引起的FRP剝離,因此在分析中假設FRP和混凝土梁始終處于線彈性狀態(tài),而粘結(jié)層采用內(nèi)聚力區(qū)模型。由于粘結(jié)層很薄,因此假設粘結(jié)層內(nèi)剪應變沿粘結(jié)層厚度均勻分布,在此基礎上,導出了粘結(jié)層處于彈性、軟化和剝離等各個階段時該梁單元的剛度矩陣。同時將梁體彎曲裂縫模擬為彈簧鉸,得到了帶裂縫的表面粘貼FRP梁單元的剛度矩陣顯式表達式.然后在板理論和線彈性假設基礎上,推導出了外貼FRP板單元剛度矩陣表達式。最后通過若干算例與已有結(jié)果進行對比,并計算模擬了多條裂縫和多個荷載情況下的中部剝離過程以及線彈性條件下外貼FRP板的粘結(jié)剪應力分布情況,驗證了本文單元的實用性、精確性和便捷性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new type of FRP beam element and external FRP plate element are proposed according to the shape and mechanical characteristics of the externally attached FRP structure. The externally bonded FRP beam element can be used to analyze the exfoliation of the end part of the externally bonded FRP beam and the central exfoliation caused by the bending crack. The beam element is mainly used to analyze the FRP peel caused by bond layer failure, so it is assumed that the FRP and concrete beams are always in a linear elastic state, while the cohesive zone model is used in the bond layer. Because the bond layer is very thin, it is assumed that the shear strain in the bond layer is uniformly distributed along the thickness of the bond layer. On this basis, the stiffness matrix of the beam element is derived when the bond layer is in the elastic, softening and peeling stages. At the same time, the bending crack of the beam is simulated as a spring hinge, and the explicit expression of the stiffness matrix of the FRP beam element with cracks is obtained. Then, based on the theory of plate and the assumption of linear elasticity, the stiffness matrix expression of external FRP plate element is derived. Finally, some examples are compared with the existing results, and the central peel process under multiple cracks and loads and the bond shear stress distribution of FRP plates are simulated under linear elastic conditions. The practicability, accuracy and convenience of the unit are verified.
