交通誘導(dǎo)策略自動生成及輔助決策系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:摘要:智能交通系統(tǒng)(ITS)已被公認(rèn)為解決城市交通擁堵問題的根本措施。交通誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)(TGS)作為ITS的重要組成部分之一,它通過誘導(dǎo)交通流促其在使整個(gè)路網(wǎng)達(dá)到新的均衡狀態(tài),進(jìn)而可以緩解交通擁堵、降低交通事故、減少交通污染。交通誘導(dǎo)裝置作為交通誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)的物理基礎(chǔ),對其研發(fā)無疑具有重要意義。 為此,論文詳細(xì)介紹了誘導(dǎo)策略的自動生成算法,以及交通誘導(dǎo)輔助決策系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)框架與流程。該系統(tǒng)基于相關(guān)算法可以自動生成策略,并且能夠給出對比決策,顯示在GIS地圖上。本文主要完成了以下工作: (1)對于誘導(dǎo)策略的生成與發(fā)布的相關(guān)算法和模型進(jìn)行了研究,描述了數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法中的聚類和ORAR算法,將BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和遺傳算法進(jìn)行結(jié)合,互相補(bǔ)充提高了算法效果。研究了誘導(dǎo)信息的空間發(fā)布,以及時(shí)間差異化發(fā)布方法。 (2)在針對誘導(dǎo)策略發(fā)布算法的研究中,首先采用基于關(guān)聯(lián)代數(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法ORAR來對歷史發(fā)布數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行再分析和利用,并針對ORAR算法應(yīng)用到計(jì)算機(jī)提出了矩陣輸入的優(yōu)化,得到了更好的基于經(jīng)驗(yàn)的發(fā)布時(shí)空策略;另外,利用GABP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)算法對于交通量進(jìn)行預(yù)測,結(jié)合實(shí)時(shí)路況得到了可以進(jìn)行對比分析和輔助決策的發(fā)布策略?梢杂奢o助決策子系統(tǒng)直觀地顯示出來,更好地輔助管理人員。 (3)開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)了基于GIS的交通誘導(dǎo)輔助決策系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)以VMS及發(fā)布信息相關(guān)資料為背景,結(jié)合道路交通狀況,利用GIS的可視化和空間信息處理技術(shù),綜合計(jì)算機(jī)軟件技術(shù)和交通工程學(xué)理論,有效集成并應(yīng)用于北京市的交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)化智能誘導(dǎo)控制系統(tǒng),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)誘導(dǎo)策略生成和輔助決策的功能。 (4)在考慮誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)的主要功能的基礎(chǔ)上,從應(yīng)用角度出發(fā),開發(fā)與構(gòu)建了路網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫,設(shè)計(jì)了交通誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)的框架與結(jié)構(gòu),并且編程實(shí)現(xiàn)了GIS系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Abstract: intelligent Transportation system (its) has been recognized as the fundamental measure to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion. As one of the important components of its, Traffic guidance system (TGSS) can help the whole road network to reach a new equilibrium by inducing traffic flow, which can alleviate traffic congestion, reduce traffic accidents and reduce traffic pollution. As the physical foundation of traffic guidance system, traffic guidance device is of great significance to its research and development. Therefore, this paper introduces the automatic generation algorithm of induction strategy, and the research and development framework and flow chart of traffic guidance assistant decision system in detail. The system can automatically generate the strategy based on the correlation algorithm, and can give the contrast decision, which can be displayed on the GIS map. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the algorithms and models related to the generation and release of induction strategies are studied, and the clustering and ORAR algorithms in data mining algorithms are described. BP neural network and genetic algorithm are combined to improve the effectiveness of the algorithm. In this paper, the spatial distribution of induced information and the time difference publishing method are studied. Firstly, ORAR, a data mining algorithm based on association algebra, is used to reanalyze and utilize the historical publishing database, and the matrix input optimization is proposed for the application of the ORAR algorithm to the computer, and a better spatio-temporal strategy based on experience is obtained. In addition, the GABP neural network algorithm is used to predict the traffic volume and the real-time traffic conditions are combined to obtain the release strategy which can be compared and analyzed and can be used to assist decision making. It can be displayed intuitively by the auxiliary decision subsystem, and can better assist the manager. The system has developed and designed the traffic guidance assistant decision system based on GIS. The system is based on VMS and related information. Combined with road traffic condition, GIS visualization and spatial information processing technology, computer software technology and traffic engineering theory are used to effectively integrate and apply traffic network intelligent induction control system in Beijing. Finally, the function of inducing strategy generation and assistant decision making is realized. On the basis of considering the main functions of the induction system, the road network database is developed and constructed from the point of view of application, and the frame and structure of the traffic guidance system are designed. And realized the GIS system by programming.
