江津中渡長江大橋南錨碇沉井施工技術(shù)

【摘要】:江津中渡長江大橋南岸重力式錨碇沉井位于建筑物集中區(qū),沉井平面尺寸為58.3m×45.8m,下沉23.5m,需要穿越9~12m砂卵石層,為西南地區(qū)首個(gè)大型沉井,施工難度很大。經(jīng)過精確模擬計(jì)算,沉井施工采用鉆孔灌注防護(hù)樁的方式確保周邊建筑物的安全,同時(shí)減小了井壁側(cè)摩阻力,利用砂套與空氣幕作為下沉輔助措施,最終沉井順利下沉到位,同時(shí)創(chuàng)新地采用"挖掘機(jī)+門式起重機(jī)+履帶式起重機(jī)"組合機(jī)械出土方式,提高了施工效率。通過實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測并及時(shí)調(diào)整的技術(shù)確保了沉井下沉的平穩(wěn)進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:The gravity Anchorage caisson on the south bank of Jiang Jin Zhongdu Yangtze River Bridge is located in the concentrated area of buildings. The plane size of the caisson is 58.3 m 脳 45.8 m, and the sinking is 23.5m. the caisson needs to cross 912m sand and pebble bed, and it is the first large caisson in southwest China, which is very difficult to construct. Through the accurate simulation calculation, the caisson construction adopts the way of bored cast-in-place protective pile to ensure the safety of the surrounding buildings, at the same time, it reduces the friction on the sidewall of the shaft, and uses the sand sleeve and air curtain as the auxiliary measures of sinking, finally, the caisson goes into place smoothly. At the same time, the excavator gantry crane and crawler crane are used to unearth the excavator and the construction efficiency is improved. The technique of real-time monitoring and timely adjustment ensures the steady sinking of the caisson.
