基于DSRC下高速公路作業(yè)區(qū)安全管理研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)高速公路作業(yè)區(qū)有著交通秩序混亂、管理僵硬、區(qū)段功能不清楚的特點(diǎn),再加上現(xiàn)在高速公路交通量過多的問題,使得作業(yè)區(qū)成為交通事故的常發(fā)點(diǎn),但在國(guó)內(nèi)大規(guī)模高速公路建設(shè)已完成的階段,養(yǎng)護(hù)作業(yè)的現(xiàn)象只會(huì)愈來愈多,因此,采用合理、動(dòng)態(tài)的管理手段有助于提高作業(yè)區(qū)的通行能力,也對(duì)作業(yè)區(qū)安全保障有著重要的意義。 專用短程通信技術(shù)(Dedicated Short Range Communications)縮寫為DSRC。本文從DSRC技術(shù)在作業(yè)區(qū)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用出發(fā),總結(jié)以往的研究成果,對(duì)作業(yè)區(qū)進(jìn)行區(qū)段劃分,并探索DSRC技術(shù)在作業(yè)區(qū)中的適應(yīng)性;對(duì)于DSRC下作業(yè)區(qū)的檢測(cè)技術(shù),先分析作業(yè)區(qū)管理中的信息需求,確定需要檢測(cè)區(qū)檢測(cè)的動(dòng)態(tài)交通信息,以此為依據(jù),在對(duì)比現(xiàn)有交通檢測(cè)技術(shù),和分析其在作業(yè)區(qū)適應(yīng)性的基礎(chǔ)上,,選用波頻車輛檢測(cè)器進(jìn)行交通檢測(cè),再基于數(shù)據(jù)傳輸及檢測(cè)范圍需求布設(shè)檢測(cè)器;分析DSRC數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)幕A(chǔ)—DSRC協(xié)議,為DSRC數(shù)據(jù)傳輸設(shè)計(jì)提供基礎(chǔ),以車輛制動(dòng)穩(wěn)定性推算不同附著系數(shù)下車輛的制動(dòng)效率,在保證車速差在15km/h下車輛跟馳安全計(jì)算作業(yè)區(qū)限速值和限距值;對(duì)于警告區(qū)選用可變信息情報(bào)板對(duì)車流實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)態(tài)管理,并基于駕駛員的視認(rèn)過程計(jì)算可變信息情報(bào)板的設(shè)置位置。 本文的研究結(jié)果為作業(yè)區(qū)的管理控制提供了科學(xué)的方法和依據(jù),對(duì)提高作業(yè)區(qū)交通運(yùn)行的安全與效率具有重要意義,同時(shí)也為今后對(duì)作業(yè)區(qū)管理提供了思路。
[Abstract]:The expressway operation area in our country has the characteristics of chaotic traffic order, rigid management, unclear function of the section, and the problem of excessive traffic volume on the highway, which makes the operation area a frequent occurrence point of traffic accidents. However, in the stage of large-scale expressway construction in China, the phenomenon of maintenance operation will only become more and more frequent. Therefore, the use of reasonable and dynamic management means will help to improve the capacity of the operation area. Also has the important significance to the operation area safety safeguard. Dedicated short range Communications is abbreviated to DSRC. Starting from the practical application of DSRC technology in the operation area, this paper summarizes the previous research results, divides the work area into sections, and explores the adaptability of DSRC technology in the operation area. Based on the analysis of the information demand in the operation area management and the determination of the dynamic traffic information to be detected in the operation area, this paper compares the existing traffic detection technology and analyzes its adaptability in the operation area. The vehicle detector with wave frequency is selected for traffic detection, and then the detector is arranged based on the requirement of data transmission and detection range, and the basic DSRC protocol of DSRC data transmission is analyzed, which provides the basis for the design of DSRC data transmission. The braking efficiency of vehicles with different adhesion coefficients is calculated from the braking stability of vehicles, and the speed limit and the limit of the operating area are calculated under 15km/h to ensure the vehicle speed difference. For the warning area, the variable information board is used to realize the dynamic management of the vehicle flow. The location of the variable information board is calculated based on the driver's recognition process. The results of this paper provide a scientific method and basis for the management and control of the operation area. It is of great significance to improve the safety and efficiency of traffic operation in the operation area, and it also provides a way of thinking for the management of the operation area in the future.
