【摘要】：為合理利用港口資源,減少各港口彼此間的資源競爭,基于雁陣模式理論對環(huán)渤海港口的規(guī)模進(jìn)行研究.首先通過拓展雁陣模式的內(nèi)涵和預(yù)測范圍,對環(huán)渤海各港口的規(guī)模進(jìn)行雁陣排名;然后將環(huán)渤海各港口劃分為3個梯度,基于政策分析和勞動力成本優(yōu)勢,對環(huán)渤海港口的升級和優(yōu)化順序進(jìn)行分析;最后針對不同梯度的港口提出不同的發(fā)展策略.該方法可為我國港口的合理規(guī)劃提供理論基礎(chǔ),為港口管理者制定合理的發(fā)展策略提供科學(xué)依據(jù).
[Abstract]:In order to make rational use of port resources and reduce the competition of resources among ports, the scale of port around Bohai Sea was studied based on the theory of geese array model. First of all, by expanding the connotation and prediction scope of the geese array model, we rank the size of the ports around the Bohai Sea, and then divide the ports around the Bohai Sea into three gradients, based on policy analysis and labor cost advantages. This paper analyzes the upgrading and optimization sequence of the port around the Bohai Sea, and finally puts forward different development strategies for different grads of ports. The method can provide a theoretical basis for the rational planning of ports in our country and a scientific basis for port managers to formulate reasonable development strategies.
