波紋鋼腹板PBL剪力鍵構造性能研究

【摘要】:做為一種新型的鋼-混組合結構梁橋,波紋鋼腹板結構受力合理,美觀經(jīng)濟等諸多優(yōu)點使得該類橋有著廣闊的發(fā)展前景,但是目前我國對于該類橋的研究尚處于初級階段,雖然也取得了一些成績,但還有很多問題值得進一步探討。尤其是對于該類橋剪力鍵的研究更是少之又少,目前對于波紋鋼腹板頂?shù)装迮c波形鋼腹板的連接鍵計算,國內(nèi)沒有統(tǒng)一規(guī)范,基本參考河南省地方標準《公路波形鋼腹板預應力混凝土箱梁橋設計規(guī)范》和國外規(guī)范。因此了解該類結構剪力鍵的受力特點,建立一套針對我國波紋鋼腹板橋梁的設計規(guī)范和方法是非常有必要的。 PBL剪力鍵是一種新型剪力鍵,和傳統(tǒng)的剪力鍵比較,該新型剪力鍵具有承載力大、延性好、加工制造簡單、抗疲勞性能好等優(yōu)點。而中國目前對于該新型剪力鍵的設計還沒有統(tǒng)一的規(guī)范,基本借鑒日本規(guī)范,因此有待對比研究兩國規(guī)范優(yōu)缺點并探討其構造性能以驗證我國規(guī)范的合理性并對我國大跨徑波紋鋼腹板橋的PBL剪力鍵設計提供參考意見。本文以目前世界上跨徑最大的波紋鋼腹板橋梁——東寶新安大橋新建工程(88m+156m+88m波形鋼腹板PC連續(xù)箱梁)為工程背景,結合日本規(guī)范針對PBL剪力連接件進行了一些研究,具體內(nèi)容如下: 1)系統(tǒng)介紹了波紋鋼腹板結構的特點,鋼材與混凝土之間的連接方式和種類并概括了國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。 2)結合兩種日本方法按照明確的剪力連接鍵設計流程對東寶新安大橋PBL剪力連接件進行了驗算,驗算過程可與我國驗算方法進行相互驗證,為我國大跨波紋鋼腹板結構的PBL剪力鍵設計提供對比和參考。 3)利用ANSYS構造并分析了PBL剪力鍵的有限元計算模型并進行參數(shù)分析,初步了解參數(shù)變化對該類剪力鍵受力影響。 4)將有限元參數(shù)分析結果和試驗結果、各公式結果進行了對比,明確了PBL剪力鍵各參數(shù)對PBL剪力鍵受力性能的影響以及采用有限元軟件對PBL剪力鍵進行分析的準確性。
[Abstract]:As a new type of steel-concrete composite beam bridge, the corrugated steel web structure has many advantages, such as reasonable force, beautiful economy and so on. However, the research of this kind of bridge is still in the primary stage in our country. Although some achievements have been made, but there are still many issues worth further discussion. Especially for this kind of bridge shear bond research is very rare. At present, there is no uniform specification for the calculation of the connection key between corrugated steel web top and bottom plate and corrugated steel web plate. The design code of prestressed concrete box girder bridge with corrugated steel web plate of highway is referred to the local standard of Henan Province and the foreign code. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the mechanical characteristics of this kind of structural shear keys and to establish a set of design specifications and methods for corrugated steel web bridges in China. The PBL shear bond is a new type of shear bond, which is compared with the traditional shear key. The new shear bond has the advantages of large bearing capacity, good ductility, simple processing and good fatigue resistance. At present, China does not have a unified code for the design of the new shear bond. It basically draws lessons from the Japanese code. Therefore, the merits and demerits of the codes of the two countries need to be compared and discussed to verify the rationality of the codes in China and to provide reference for the PBL shear bond design of the long-span corrugated steel web plate bridges in China. In this paper, the PC continuous box girder with corrugated steel webs, which is the largest corrugated steel web bridge with the largest span in the world at present, is the newly built project of Dongbao Xinan Bridge. The PC continuous box girder with corrugated steel webs (88m 156m 88m) is used as the engineering background, and some researches on PBL shear connectors are carried out in combination with the Japanese Code. The main contents are as follows: 1) the characteristics of corrugated steel web structure are introduced systematically. The connection modes and types between steel and concrete and the current research situation at home and abroad are summarized. 2) the PBL shear connections of Dongbao Xinan Bridge are checked and calculated in combination with two Japanese methods according to the clear design process of shear connection keys. The process of checking calculation can be mutually verified with the method of checking calculation in our country. This paper provides a comparison and reference for PBL shear bond design of large span corrugated steel web structure in China. 3) the finite element calculation model of PBL shear bond is constructed and analyzed by ANSYS and its parameters are analyzed. The effect of parameter change on the stress of this kind of shear bond is preliminarily understood. 4) the results of finite element analysis and test are compared with the results of each formula. The influence of the parameters of PBL shear bond on the mechanical properties of PBL shear bond and the accuracy of the analysis of PBL shear bond with finite element software are clarified.
