食品企業(yè)物流配送問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)生活節(jié)奏的不斷加快,休閑食品企業(yè)得到了快速的發(fā)展,而在企業(yè)中其物流成本占有非常大的比重,達(dá)到了30-40%。物流配送是物流流程中的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié),然而,目前食品企業(yè)在物流配送作業(yè)效率較低,體現(xiàn)在車輛利用率低下、車輛路線不合理、配送差錯(cuò)率較高等問(wèn)題。因此研究如何提升食品企業(yè)的物流工作效率、降低物流成本對(duì)企業(yè)的發(fā)展具有一定的理論和實(shí)踐意義。 論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)闡述了食品企業(yè)在物流配送過(guò)程中的研究背景和意義。(2)食品企業(yè)配送問(wèn)題概述。闡述了食品配送的概念以及食品配送的特點(diǎn),通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷分析出食品企業(yè)在配送中存在的問(wèn)題;對(duì)食品配送中貨物配載與車輛路徑的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了闡述,結(jié)合食品企業(yè)的特點(diǎn)對(duì)配載與車輛路徑的研究進(jìn)行了相關(guān)界定。(3)食品企業(yè)配送優(yōu)化模型的建立。根據(jù)食品企業(yè)對(duì)配載與車輛路徑問(wèn)題的界定建立相應(yīng)的貨物配載與車輛路徑模型,然后分析配載與車輛路徑二者之間的關(guān)系,,進(jìn)行相關(guān)單位、變量的統(tǒng)一,建立配載與車輛路徑的聯(lián)合優(yōu)化模型。(4)車輛配載與配送路徑聯(lián)合優(yōu)化模型的計(jì)算。首先通過(guò)啟發(fā)式算法對(duì)配載模型進(jìn)行求解,應(yīng)用蟻群算法對(duì)車輛路徑問(wèn)題進(jìn)行求解,之后采用裝載啟發(fā)式算法和基于節(jié)約值的蟻群算法的有效結(jié)合,對(duì)聯(lián)合優(yōu)化模型進(jìn)行求解。 論文的主要研究結(jié)論:(1)通過(guò)構(gòu)建食品企業(yè)車輛配載與路徑組合優(yōu)化模型,并將其應(yīng)用到實(shí)際的生活當(dāng)中,提升了企業(yè)的物流配送效率,降低了物流成本。(2)建立的貨物配載與車輛路徑組合優(yōu)化模型,該模型既同時(shí)考慮了車輛的載重量、容積、與車輛路徑方面的因素,通過(guò)改進(jìn)的遺傳算法使建立模型能夠同時(shí)對(duì)二者進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。 論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn):(1)本文根據(jù)食品配送中存在的問(wèn)題,同時(shí)考慮了貨物配載與車輛路徑兩方面的關(guān)系,建立了貨物配載與車輛路徑聯(lián)合優(yōu)化模型。(2)將改進(jìn)的啟發(fā)算法應(yīng)用到貨物配載與車輛路徑組合優(yōu)化模型當(dāng)中,拓寬了該方法的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:With the quickening pace of life in our country, the enterprise of snack food has been developing rapidly, and its logistics cost occupies a very large proportion in the enterprise, which has reached 30-40000. Logistics distribution is an important link in the logistics process. However, at present, the efficiency of food enterprises in logistics distribution is low, which is reflected in the low utilization rate of vehicles, unreasonable vehicle routes, high distribution error rate and so on. Therefore, it is of theoretical and practical significance to study how to improve the logistics efficiency and reduce the logistics cost of food enterprises. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the research background and significance of food enterprises in the process of logistics distribution. This paper expounds the concept of food distribution and the characteristics of food distribution, analyzes the problems existing in the distribution of food enterprises by questionnaire, and expounds the relevant theories of goods stowage and vehicle routing in food distribution. According to the characteristics of food enterprises, the paper defines the relationship between stowage and vehicle routing. 3) the establishment of distribution optimization model for food enterprises. According to the definition of stowage and vehicle routing problem in food enterprises, the model of cargo stowage and vehicle routing is established, and then the relationship between stowage and vehicle routing is analyzed, and the related units and variables are unified. The joint optimization model of stowage and vehicle routing is established. (4) the calculation of the joint optimization model of vehicle stowage and distribution route. First, the loading model is solved by heuristic algorithm, then the vehicle routing problem is solved by using ant colony algorithm, and then the joint optimization model is solved by combining the loading heuristic algorithm with the ant colony algorithm based on saving value. The main research conclusion of this paper is to construct the vehicle stowage and route combination optimization model of food enterprises and apply it to the actual life to improve the efficiency of logistics distribution. The combined optimization model of cargo stowage and vehicle routing is established by reducing the logistics cost. The model not only takes into account the factors of vehicle load, volume, and vehicle routing, but also takes into account the factors of vehicle load, volume, and vehicle routing. Through the improved genetic algorithm, the model can be optimized at the same time. According to the problems existing in food distribution, this paper also considers the relationship between cargo stowage and vehicle routing. The combined optimization model of cargo stowage and vehicle routing is established. The improved heuristic algorithm is applied to the combined optimization model of cargo stowage and vehicle routing, which widens the application of this method.
