【摘要】：超早強混凝土由于其早期強度高的優(yōu)異性能,在公路、橋面的維修加固中有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。采用硫鋁酸鹽水泥、鋼纖維、0.32~0.45的水灰比、聚羧酸減水劑以及膨脹劑,配制出4h之后的強度20MPa、抗劈裂性能好,用于道路檢查井周邊病害修復(fù)的超早強復(fù)合混凝土。試驗結(jié)果及現(xiàn)場施工反饋表明,修復(fù)后的道路檢查井周范圍路面早期強度高、路面沉降小、耐久性高。
[Abstract]:Ultra-early strength concrete is widely used in the maintenance and reinforcement of highway and bridge deck due to its high early strength and excellent performance. Using sulphoaluminate cement, water-cement ratio of steel fiber 0.32 ~ 0.45, polycarboxylic acid water reducer and expansion agent, the strength of 20MPa after 4 hours is prepared, which has good splitting resistance and is used to repair the disease around the road inspection well. The experimental results and site construction feedback show that the early strength of pavement is high, the pavement settlement is small, and the durability is high.
