【摘要】：目的:分析全國(guó)交通意外傷害的發(fā)生情況,探究我國(guó)交通意外傷害隨經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的變化趨勢(shì)。方法:利用國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒數(shù)據(jù),分析1995~2010年全國(guó)交通意外傷害的發(fā)生率、死亡與受傷以及直接經(jīng)濟(jì)損失等情況。結(jié)果:1995~2002年,我國(guó)交通意外傷害死傷人數(shù)、發(fā)生例數(shù)、直接經(jīng)濟(jì)損失呈現(xiàn)逐年增加的趨勢(shì);2003年以后,均出現(xiàn)逐年下降趨勢(shì)。1995~2002年間,每起交通事故死亡人數(shù)呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢(shì);2003年以后,呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢(shì);每起交通事故受傷人數(shù)在1995~2010年間呈現(xiàn)出持續(xù)上升趨勢(shì)。結(jié)論:1995~2010年間,我國(guó)交通意外傷害發(fā)生數(shù)、死傷人數(shù)及直接經(jīng)濟(jì)損失均呈現(xiàn)出隨經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)而先增長(zhǎng)后下降的趨勢(shì),交通意外傷害與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間存在著倒U型關(guān)系。道路交通安全水平正逐步改善,但事故嚴(yán)重程度仍呈上升趨勢(shì)。交通意外傷害對(duì)社會(huì)總體安全水平的影響日益加大,我國(guó)應(yīng)繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)交通安全管理,完善交通安全管理體制,從而進(jìn)一步降低交通事故危害。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the occurrence of traffic accident injury in China and explore the changing trend of traffic accident injury with economic development. Methods: the data of national statistical yearbook were used to analyze the incidence of traffic accident injury, death and injury and direct economic loss in the whole country from 1995 to 2010. Results from 1995 to 2002, the number of people killed and injured in traffic accidents, the number of cases, and the direct economic losses in China increased year by year; after 2003, the number of deaths in each traffic accident showed a downward trend between 1995 and 2002; after 2003, the number of deaths in each traffic accident showed a downward trend. The number of people injured in each traffic accident continued to rise in 1995 and 2010. Conclusion from 1995 to 2010, the number of traffic accidents, the number of casualties and direct economic losses in China showed a tendency of increasing first and then decreasing with economic growth, and there was an inverted U type relationship between traffic accidents and economic growth. The level of road traffic safety is gradually improving, but the severity of accidents is still on the rise. The influence of traffic accident injury on the overall safety level of the society is increasing day by day. Our country should continue to strengthen the traffic safety management and perfect the traffic safety management system so as to further reduce the traffic accident harm.
