高速公路粉煤灰路基填筑關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)的煤炭資源無(wú)論是開(kāi)發(fā)還是消耗均居世界之首。全世界每年有四分之一的原煤來(lái)自中國(guó),其中有76%是作為能源消耗的。而對(duì)我國(guó)來(lái)講,電力生產(chǎn)大約34%是來(lái)自燃煤發(fā)電,這種發(fā)電模式雖然為我國(guó)提供了大量的能源,但它同時(shí)也產(chǎn)生了大量的粉煤灰等工業(yè)廢棄物。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),近年來(lái)我國(guó)發(fā)電廠每年需排放高達(dá)3億噸的粉煤灰,如處理不當(dāng),這些工業(yè)廢棄物將對(duì)我國(guó)的環(huán)境造成嚴(yán)重的污染及危害。 貴州省作為西電東送戰(zhàn)略部署中重要的電力輸出地,其火力發(fā)電產(chǎn)業(yè)近年來(lái)迅猛發(fā)展,但由此而產(chǎn)生的大量粉煤灰卻沒(méi)有得到有效的利用,這在一定程度上制約了貴州經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,對(duì)建設(shè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展社會(huì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排目標(biāo)造成較大的阻力。本文依托貴州省科委攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目“貴州高速公路粉煤灰筑路綜合利用技術(shù)研究”,對(duì)具有豐富煤炭?jī)?chǔ)藏資源的遵畢高速公路沿線的火力發(fā)電廠產(chǎn)生的粉煤灰的材料特性、在路堤填筑中的適用性以及粉煤灰路堤施工工藝等進(jìn)行研究。 首先,對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)外粉煤灰用于道路工程路基填筑的研究成果及應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行綜合概述,并對(duì)貴州省遵畢高速公路沿線的火力發(fā)電廠生產(chǎn)的粉煤灰的應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行闡述,從而進(jìn)一步探究本文研究的意義。 其次,對(duì)粉煤灰的理化學(xué)特性以及礦物組成進(jìn)行研究,并分析粉煤灰的工程特性特別是最大干密度、最佳含水量、抗剪強(qiáng)度、CBR值、回彈模量以及壓縮特性等指標(biāo),初步得出以下結(jié)論:遵畢高速公路沿線火力發(fā)電廠生產(chǎn)的粉煤灰能夠滿(mǎn)足我國(guó)路用規(guī)范中的相關(guān)規(guī)定,具有較高的利用價(jià)值。 再者,以選定的貴州遵畢高速公路沿線五座具有代表性的電廠生產(chǎn)的粉煤灰作為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)PLAXIS有限元分析軟件進(jìn)行粉煤灰路堤的穩(wěn)定性、應(yīng)力和變形的數(shù)值模擬分析,并以此研究結(jié)果,對(duì)遵畢高速公路沿線粉煤灰在路堤填筑中的適用性進(jìn)行研究,可得出以下結(jié)論:采用粉煤灰填筑的路堤表現(xiàn)出良好的力學(xué)性能,在滿(mǎn)足路基的強(qiáng)度和穩(wěn)定性要求的同時(shí),可以有效降低路基的沉降和變形,這對(duì)貴州省的高速公路建設(shè)具有重要的意義。 最后,通過(guò)對(duì)粉煤灰路堤施工過(guò)程進(jìn)行研究,從施工準(zhǔn)備、路堤基底處理、粉煤灰儲(chǔ)運(yùn)、攤鋪及碾壓以及環(huán)境污染控制等幾方面進(jìn)行分析,在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步總結(jié)粉煤灰路堤填筑的施工方法及重點(diǎn),為今后的道路工程施工提供參考。
[Abstract]:The coal resources of our country are the first in the world whether they are developed or consumed. 1/4 of the world's raw coal comes from China every year, 76 percent of which is consumed as energy. For our country, about 34% of electricity production comes from coal-fired power generation. Although this mode of power generation provides a lot of energy for our country, it also produces a large number of industrial wastes such as fly ash. According to statistics, in recent years, power plants in China need to discharge up to 300 million tons of fly ash every year, such as improper treatment. These industrial wastes will cause serious pollution and harm to the environment of our country. Guizhou Province, as an important power export place in the strategic deployment of power transmission from the west to the east, has witnessed the rapid development of its thermal power generation industry in recent years. However, a large amount of fly ash has not been used effectively, which restricts the economic development of Guizhou to a certain extent, and causes great resistance to the construction of sustainable development society and the realization of energy saving and emission reduction goals. In this paper, based on Guizhou Provincial Science and Technology Commission's key project, "study on Comprehensive Utilization Technology of fly Ash Construction Road in Guizhou Expressway", the material characteristics of coal ash produced by coal-fired power plant along Zunbi Expressway, which has abundant coal storage resources, are studied. The applicability and construction technology of flyash embankment in embankment construction are studied. Firstly, the research results and application of fly ash in roadbed filling of road engineering at home and abroad are summarized. The application of fly ash produced by the thermal power plant along the Zunbi Expressway in Guizhou Province is expounded, so as to further explore the significance of this study. Secondly, the study on the chemical properties and mineral composition of fly ash is carried out. The engineering characteristics of fly ash, especially the maximum dry density, the optimum moisture content, the shear strength and CBR value, the modulus of resilience and the compression characteristics of fly ash are analyzed. The preliminary conclusions are as follows: the fly ash produced by the thermal power plant along the Bi Expressway can meet the relevant regulations in the road use code of our country, and has higher utilization value. The stability, stress and deformation of flyash embankment are simulated by means of PLAXIS finite element analysis software, taking the fly ash produced by five representative power plants along the route of Zhunbi Expressway in Guizhou Province as the research object. Based on the research results, the applicability of fly ash in embankment filling along Zhunbi Expressway is studied. The following conclusions can be drawn: the embankment filled with fly ash shows good mechanical properties. At the same time, it can effectively reduce the settlement and deformation of the roadbed, which is of great significance to the expressway construction in Guizhou Province. Finally, through the study of the construction process of the flyash embankment, Based on the analysis of construction preparation, treatment of embankment base, storage and transportation of fly ash, spreading and rolling, and environmental pollution control, the construction method and key points of flyash embankment filling are summarized on the basis of field test. It provides reference for road engineering construction in the future.
