泥水盾構(gòu)泥漿管路磨損與減振處理技術(shù)

【摘要】:為了解決泥水盾構(gòu)在大粒徑卵礫石地層中掘進(jìn)時(shí),泥漿循環(huán)管路出現(xiàn)異常磨損和劇烈振動(dòng)的問題,以蘭州地鐵某標(biāo)段泥水盾構(gòu)施工為工程背景,對(duì)泥漿管路磨損和振動(dòng)原因進(jìn)行了分析,并通過對(duì)排漿管采用偏心加厚設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)合面整體鑄造、沖刷面增加耐磨環(huán)、內(nèi)壁澆筑高鉻鉬抗磨合金鋼內(nèi)襯以及管道連接處增加減震喉等方式對(duì)泥漿管路進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),有效提高了泥漿管路的耐磨性能,降低了振動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of abnormal wear and violent vibration of mud circulating pipe when the mud water shield is excavated in the gravelly stratum with large diameter, the construction of mud water shield in a certain section of Lanzhou Metro is taken as the engineering background. The causes of wear and vibration of slurry pipe are analyzed, and through the eccentric thickening design of slurry pipe, the wear resistant ring is added to the scour surface by integral casting. The internal lining of high chromium-molybdenum antiwear alloy steel and the addition of shock absorber in the connection of the pipe are improved to improve the slurry pipe line, which can effectively improve the wear resistance of the slurry pipe and reduce the vibration.
